Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey just signed a bill that removes the state’s 24-week abortion limit.
Under the new law, abortions after 24 weeks are now allowed based solely on a physician’s “professional judgment.” No gestational age limit remains in the statute. Massachusetts becomes the latest state to effectively permit abortion up until birth.

Tonight, we're talking about evil, not metaphorical evil, not political disagreement, actual, deliberate, systematic evil against the most vulnerable human beings in our society. On Monday, Massachusetts governor Morahealy signed a bill that removes the last gestational limits on abortion in her state after 24 weeks when a baby can often survive outside the womb. The decision now rests solely on a physician on a physician's quote professional judgment. No more specific statutory exceptions required. In plain English, Massachusetts has legalized abortion up to birth. They smiled when they signed it. They called it progress. They called it compassion. They called it health care. I call it what it is. The legal permission to kill a fully formed child who could otherwise be born alive, take breath, and live. But this story is bigger than one blue state governor and one bill. This is about culture that has spent decades lying to itself about what abortion is, who it targets, and where it came from. Let's start with the hard truth. Abortion is the intentional killing of an innocent human being. That is not a religious opinion. That is a biological and moral fact. From the moment of conception, there is a unique human organism with its own DNA, its own trajectory of development, and its own right to continue living. At six weeks, there is a heartbeat. At eight weeks, there's measurable brainwaves. By the time we reach the stage, which Massachusetts law now covers 24, 28, 32, 36 weeks, we are talking about a baby who can feel pain, who responds to sound, who has fingerprints, eyelids, and a face. These are not clumps of cells, these are children. The pro-abortion side knows this. That is why the language has to stay soft and abstract, calling it, quote, reproductive health care, ending of pregnancy, bodily autonomy. The moment you show an ultrasound of a 30-week-old baby or describe the physical reality of dilation and event and evacuation procedure, the moral fog starts to clear. So they fight the images, they fight the language, they fight the science of fetal pain. Because if the public ever fully confronted what is actually being done, the political sport for the political support for unrestricted abortion would collapse. Now let's talk about where the abortion movement came from because the history is not the sanitized version you hear from Planned Parenthood and its defenders. Planned Parenthood's founder, Margaret Sanger, was a eugenist. That is not a smear. That is her own record. She believed in, quote, race improvement through selective breeding and reduction of births among populations she considered inferior. She spoke of, quote, human weeds that needed to be eliminated. She wrote about the need to stop reproduction of the quote unfit. And she specifically targeted black communities. In the 1930s, Sangers launched what she called, quote, the Negro Project. The stated goal was to bring birth control into black communities in the South. The quiet goal, documented in her own writings and correspondence, was population control of a group she and her eugenist allies viewed as a demographic problem. She recruited black ministers and black leaders to sell the program to their own people so it would not look like what it is. An outside effort to reduce black birth rates. Sanger spoke to a Ku Klux Klan woman's group. She kept company with some of the leading eugenists of her era. The organization she built carried those assumptions forward even after the language of eugenics became publicly toxic after World War II. The clinics did not randomly appear in the poorest urban neighborhoods. The data still shows that a disproportionate number of Planned Parenthood facilities are located in or near minority communities. Black women have abortion at significantly higher rates than white women. That is not a coincidence of pure choice. It is a predictable result of a system that has treated certain communities as targets for decades. The modern Planned Parenthood would tell you that they have repudiated Sanger's eugenics. They will point to diversity statements and black leadership in their own organization today. Fine. Organizations can change, but they still keep her name on buildings and awards. They still operate a business model that profits from the destruction of unborn children and the very communities Sanger wanted to limit. And they still fight every meaningful restriction on abortion, including the late-term limits that even many pro-choice Americans support. This is the machinery that has produced the Massachusetts bill. A movement that began with the desire to control and reduce certain populations has evolved into a political force that demands the right to end a child's life at any stage of pregnancy under the banner of choice. The race's roots are not the whole story, but they are part of the story. And they are deliberately ignored because they are inconvenient. For two thousand years, the church has taught that every human life, from conception to natural death, possess possesses invaluable dignity because every human being is made in the image of God. That teaching does not bend to political convenience. It does not make exceptions for wantonness, disability, or the circumstances of conception. The child in the womb is a neighbor. The child is not a threat to be eliminated. The child is a person to be protected. You don't have to share faith to see this evil here. You only need eyes that can look at a 32-week ultrasound and refuse to lie about what you are seeing. You only need a conscience that still reacts when a society decides that some human beings can legally be killed because they are inconvenienced, imperfect, or unwanted. It is the direction that most radical parts of the abortion movement have always wanted to go. First they said it should be safe, legal, and rare. Then they said any restriction was an attack on women. Now they are removing the final limits and daring anyone to call it what it is. Tonight we're going to talk about this law. We're going to look into the medical reality of late-term abortion. We're going to talk about the history of Planned Parenthood and the eugenic ideas that shaped it, and we are going to ask questions that our political class refuses to answer. If a child can be legally killed at eight months of pregnancy because a doctor is willing to sign a form, what exactly is left of our claim to be a society that values human life? Now you could you could disagree, people disagree. I I happen to think a human life is human life, regardless how it was conceived or at what stage it was conceived, that it that it is a soul from conception, that it's a human, individual human being from conception. That happens to be my belief. People can disagree with that. That's fine. People can say, hey, listen, you know, you know, I I think like maybe a couple weeks in, it's just a couple clumps of cells, and it's not real. Fine. People could say that. Science disagrees with you. You know, in the opening monologue, that's what I said. For the church for 2,000 years has had the argument that it is a life. Now, this is before, this predates science. This is like for more than 2,000 years. 2,000 years is just from the time of Christ. The Old Testament. I mean, thousands of years ago, people felt that it was a life at any stage of development. And now science has proved that to be true. So that's fine. You you could disagree maybe a couple weeks, even four weeks, three weeks. You you can disagree then and still keep your morals, even though I think that you're wrong. But if you agree that unlimited abortion at any stage up until birth is a good idea or should be even remotely tolerated, then you're an evil person. Then there is something devastatingly wrong in your development. And if you're listening to this show and you are this person, you need to take a step back. You need to look at yourself from within. And you need to figure out who you are and what happened for you to believe that this is okay. If you believe at 36 weeks it is okay to kill a baby, the same baby that could be outside of the womb and still survive, and that a layer of skin makes it to where the person who is carrying it has complete and utter authority over that child's, whether they live or die, is abominable. There is no logical or moral argument that you can make that will ever make this okay. Here is the governor of Massachusetts talking about this new bill. And next to her in this split screen is a picture of a 36-year-week year old baby. Notice what she said. She doesn't care what the Supreme Court of the United States says. She doesn't care what the law is. She doesn't care about anything except helping people kill babies. That's all she cares about.

Now keep in mind, Mora Healy claims to be a Catholic. Okay. She claims to be a Catholic person. I'm Catholic. Okay? I'm actually a pretty devout Catholic. I couldn't tell you the last time I missed a mass. The one thing the Catholic Church does not tolerate under any circumstance is abortion. You go to my Catholic church in the parking lot, there's a headstone. There's a headstone, and it says in memorum of all aborted babies in the history of this evil world. Your most liberal progressive Catholic priest or archbishop or cardinal is more against abortion than seventy-five percent of Republicans. They are against birth control. Let alone abortion. But she claims to be a Catholic. She's also a lesbian. Now that's an another thing the Catholic Church does not necessarily agree with. It's something that they tolerate. They're not going to ostracize you and kick you out of the church, but there's certain things you can't do. You can't take holy communion if you're living in sin and if you're living outside of God's grace. If you haven't gone to confession and actually gone against your own sins and fought against your own sins, and took steps to repent and fix your sins. You're not a Catholic. You may have been born a Catholic, you may have been baptized a Catholic. You may have even made your holy communion and your confirmation back when you were 15 years old. But that doesn't mean that today, in 2026, 40 years later, that you're a Catholic. You're not. This is something that every Catholic is against. Every actual real Catholic is against. That number is probably in the millions, not in three billions. Because most people get baptized in the Catholic Church. That's the end of it. You never see or hear from them again. It does not mean that they're real or devout Catholics. Now look look at this. This is her signing this. Okay. Look at all of these women around her. This is their personification of evil. This is evil. This is horrible. This is horrific. Look at them all smiling. Look at their dead, empty eyes. They're smiling. They are celebrating the fact that you can have the choice to kill a baby up until birth. Here it is. Okay. We're celebrating. What what is there to celebrate? Even if serious question. Even if you believe that a mother should have this right, right? Even if you truly believe that, oh well, in cases where the mother's life is at risk, first of all, that is incredibly rare. And according to just about every doctor, it never has even happened in their career, right? Childbirth is one of the safest procedures you can actually have. So you see, again, I'm Catholic. Women in my church have seven, eight kids just at their home with midwives, never even go to a hospital. So that's that's a non it's a nonsensical argument. Statistics and data do not support it. It's not based in reality, it is based in an emotional state that gets people on their side of the issue. Now, if you ask a pregnant mother while they're giving childbirth, that hey, and the doctor comes in and says, Hey, listen, man, we can do this, but if we do, you're gonna die, but the baby's gonna live. Do you know what the majority of the mothers are gonna going to say? They are going to say, Let my baby live. There's no difference than if a baby and a mother are in a car accident and a firefighter sees a gas leak and says, Oh my god, ma'am, I only have time to save one of you. Which one should I save? What is the mother gonna say? Oh, save me. Forget about my baby in the backseat. The argument is not based in reality. None of their arguments are based in reality. They appeal to you to people's emotions, to people who don't fully understand what they are trying to do. Here is a perfect scenario of that. Here is an ad. Dr. Davis, what do I do?

It's not a real baby. It is, I would argue it is. I would argue that the second a sperm enters an egg, regardless of how it got there, and the flash of life, right? So when a sperm enters an egg, there's a big flash of light. And let there be light. That's when life begins. But they've spent billions of dollars on propaganda. And they've enlisted men who are weak, who are cucks, basically, who think they're doing good things for women who've been nothing but friend-zoned and think supporting abortion is going to get them laid, frankly. On their side. That's where they go, oh, I'm out here fighting for women. Shut up, nerd. Sit down. Here's another just propaganda. Here. I haven't watched this one, but it's from Libs of TikTok, so let's hear what it has to say.

Yeah, but because she already has a baby, she's gonna kill her own. And her baby is her doggy.

Here is a video, I think a TikTok, some lady created. Just her neighbor has a Trump flag flag, and he has his own personal. You know, the little libraries you have for your neighborhood that you can put out there? You put like a little library box in your front yard, it's a free library, leave a book, take a book. Well, they this Trump flag has it. This lady doesn't agree with them, so she goes and fills it with just leftist propaganda.

So I live in a super, super liberal city, which is amazing. But we've got this one neighbor who loves Trump and he wants everyone to know it. And he just put in a little free library in his yard, which is great. Uh, so my seven-year-old and I today decided to make sure that the contents of that library were more aligned with our community's values. So all pro-abortion books. We printed out some resources uh to access abortion care online, and we printed out some stuff about the Trevor Project, which supports queer youth. Um, we got some stickers to throw in there, and then we got some books mostly from my shelf and also some from our local uh used bookstore. I think are important for people to read. Um, and we restocked the library, and I think it looks great now. But the thing that really upset me about this neighbor is that he's had this Trump flag up for years. He recently took it down, don't know why, but I noticed the day that he put it back up was the day that the Pride Festival started in our city downtown. Um, that that feels pretty icky to me. So I'm gonna make sure that his little library is stocked to the best of my ability with everything that people really need to know.

And I I think this is a scenario where the federal government should step in. If the state of Texas or the state of Florida or the state of Minnesota or whatever came out tomorrow and passed a law and said any five-year-old who steals candy from the store shall have their hand removed by a sword? Should the federal government step in and say, nah, bro, not happening. That's cruel and unusual punishment. Does a right to terminate a life have to go through due process? Yes. Due process to the Constitution means that you have certain unalienable rights that the government cannot take away from you. And if they're going to take it away from you, there has to be good and just cause. For instance, the death penalty, which I don't agree with. Shocker. Some of you may be shocked by that. I do not like the death penalty. I don't agree with the death penalty. I have my reasons. Topic for another video. But if the state is going to kill you, then you have to be put on trial. You have to be, the evidence has to be presented. A jury of your peers has to find you guilty. They have to agree to put you to death. You have to be able to submit evidence, to face your accused, to write and petition the government for your grievances. You have that right. And the federal government should step in under the Civil Rights Act and say you are violating the individual rights of the child in the womb. Abortion is one of the most horrific and horrible things the United States has ever committed against its own citizens. What abortion is now is how the future will see. The way we see slavery now is how the future will see abortion. Mark my words. We're going to be able to know and understand the human race better in 100 years. And when they come to the conclusion that this is a life, this thing has thoughts. It's breathing, it has a heartbeat. They're going to look back at it as the greatest atrocity, and people are going to be ashamed, shamed for how they supported it. The same way we look at the people who supported the Jim Crow laws. The same way that we look at the people who owned other human beings and forced them to work for them without pay. That's how we're going to look back at it. And that's how we should look back at it.
