Letitia James Defeated: The Fall of a $500 Million Fine
Breaking legal news takes center stage as the New York Supreme Court delivers a devastating blow to Attorney General Letitia James by overturning the $500 million fine against Donald Trump. This landmark decision hinges on a crucial finding – there were absolutely no victims in the civil fraud case. Even CNN's legal analysts call it "a stinging rebuke" to James, whose political motivations now face intense scrutiny as special counsel Ed Martin begins circling.
The ruling exposes the fundamental weakness in the prosecution's strategy: the supposed "victims" – sophisticated financial institutions – not only received full repayment with interest but actively profited from their dealings with Trump. These same institutions previously stated they weren't victims and would gladly continue business relationships with the Trump Organization. The implications stretch beyond this single case, questioning the ethics of using the justice system as a political weapon.
Meanwhile, Alina Haba, who passionately defended Trump in court, faces her own legal battle after being appointed US Attorney for New Jersey. An Obama-appointed judge has ruled her appointment unlawful, creating jurisdictional chaos affecting thousands of cases. Her powerful courtroom speech resonates with many Americans concerned about judicial fairness: "I was told to sit down today... what I'm seeing is such a demise of the American judicial system and democracy."
On the West Coast, Governor Gavin Newsom aggressively pushes redistricting plans to counter Republican efforts in Texas, despite California's established independent commission designed to prevent such political manipulations. This power play comes as Democrats face a dire approval crisis – recent polling shows just 33% approval nationwide, with a mere 8% holding "very favorable" views.
As these battles over legal systems and electoral integrity intensify, one thing becomes clear: America stands at a democratic crossroads. Subscribe now to stay informed as these pivotal stories continue to unfold.

Speaker 3:We are live. We are ready to go tonight. We have our three topics. It's going to be a great show. A lot is going on in the world. Let's get it started. First. The New York Supreme Court has officially overturned the $500 million fine that Letitia James has put on Donald Trump. It is over. We're going to cover that pretty extensively. This is bad news for Letitia James for a few reasons. We're going to go over all of that. Also, alina Haba, the attorney who represented Donald Trump in that case, was appointed as the federal attorney general for New Jersey. We're going to go over that. There is a federal judge that ruled that her appointment was illegal. We're going to cover that. And Gavin Newsom is just dominating the news. He's forcing us to put him in the limelight and talk again. We're going to go over all of this. We will be right back.
Speaker 4:Hey, Ryan. Hi, this is Sarah Palin.
Speaker 5:Ryan Donald Trump Jr Hogs to the NCO. Hey everybody, I want y'all to check out a fellow Marine's ball camp.
Speaker 6:My name is Ted Nugent and I got a call from my buddy, ryan F Samuels, and he wants me to tell you that he's a working hard, playing all-American son of a b**** who is celebrating God, family country. Welcome to the.

We've been working on some really cool t-shirts that are available for everyone to purchase Some really good deals going on. Check those out. Also, you can go to RyanMSamoscom backslash donate and donate to the show. So the first topic we are going to hit is going to be the Supreme Court, the New York State Supreme Court that came out and ruled that Donald Trump no longer has to pay that $500 fine, that $500 million fine. And it appears that Letitia James is going to have some serious problems coming forward because the special attorney, ed Martin, was seen just outside of her house asking hey, where can I find her? So that's definitely not a good indication for good old Letitia. Let's check this out. Let's listen to this.
Speaker 6:Is there a back alley?
Speaker 1:Like the Pratt building. Do you want me? To tell you how to access it? No, no, I was just asking you tell me why you're here. We're interested in the houses. You're not interested in the houses. We know who lives here. This is like Second Empire. It's just a track house. That's what all of these things are.
Speaker 3:I know, but when was it built, do you think? They were built before 1899.
Speaker 1:Oh, so okay.
Speaker 10:Why are you being so disingenuous about what you're doing? You're not here about.
Speaker 3:I love this because this is like houses.
Speaker 10:You're here because of pictures here a scene in a movie.
Speaker 3:It's like a scene in an old detective movie. I got my coffee and I'm just pretending to show up to your house. Letitia James weaponized the system worse than anybody else to try to get a conviction against Donald Trump a civil one, to which he won but then was overturned. But this is just amazing. But then was overturned. But this is just amazing. Imagine being dumb enough to think that you would be able to manipulate the entire legal system, weaponize it against the former president, who's eligible to rerun, and then think that you're just going to get away with it. She's got some major problems coming. This is the guy who's investigating her. He's standing outside of her house.
Speaker 11:It's my neighborhood, it's my block.
Speaker 10:You guys look like you're official houses.
Speaker 9:I'm just happy to be on a block in a house.
Speaker 8:It's not true, why won't? You be honest with me. Nobody is happy. Why won't you be honest?
Speaker 1:with me about what you're doing. You are acting suspicious in front of my neighbor's home and you're not telling me what you're doing. That's not true. Interesting houses. It's an important house.
Speaker 2:Thank you, it's nice, just like every other trap house on this lot that was built by developers Right, they're beautiful, beautiful neighborhood.
Speaker 6:Thank you, you guys call this a stoop. What do you think? I don't know. It's a stoop. We didn't have stoops when I was growing up. Is this a stoop?
Speaker 3:Yeah, I'm from New York. My whole family's from Brooklyn. It's a stoop. That's what it's called a stoop.
Speaker 12:I want to know what you're doing, just checking it out, you're not.
Speaker 13:Very good.
Speaker 3:I love how they're not even the ones filming it. It's the other people that are filming it and there it's like a comedy team that they sent over there to look at it. She's in, she's in a lot of trouble and I and rightfully so, I mean absolutely rightfully so she should be. She does not deserve to practice law in any state. She lied, she created laws, she weaponized the system. She specifically selected this Judge Ershon, like there's clearly some backdoor things happening. This was clearly political, biased, and the justice system was used to abuse a political candidate. I mean, I'm sorry, that's just exactly what it is and it's not just because it's Donald Trump, it's because that is the truth and that's exactly what's happening. So, even CNN, let's listen to this, let's get this up and listen to what CNN. Does CNN agree with the Ryan Samuels? Do they agree with the Ryan Samuels show? Let's find out.
Speaker 14:Well, I'm not, wolf. I have been skeptical of the attorney general's case for a long time. I'm on record saying that this is a huge win for Donald Trump any way you cut it, and this is a stinging rebuke to the attorney general, letitia James. The finding here it's a very long, complicated ruling, but the bottom line is, while the finding of liability against Donald Trump can stand, for now at least, the damages award, which started at three hundred fifty million dollars with interest, gets up close to five hundred million dollars. That is thrown out, and the core reason for that ruling, according to the judges, is essentially that there was not enough of a showing here that there were actual victims and just there were zero victims.
Speaker 3:I want to say that again, there were no victims in this civil lawsuit. This civil case was not brought apart by any bank or anybody that the Trump organization did any business with. It was literally just Letitia James making things up and going after Donald Trump. That's it. That's the whole thing. That's the entire thing. Period, period. This woman, I pray to God, gets the justice that she deserves and I pray to God that the DOJ goes after her with every play in the book.
Speaker 14:To refresh people's memories. This is the civil fraud lawsuit brought by the attorney general. The core allegation is that Donald Trump habitually overvalued his own assets when he was trying to get bank loans from banks and other lenders, and essentially the argument that Donald Trump made below that has now had resonance in the appeals court is you're talking about very sophisticated quote-unquote victims. These are billion-dollar banks that made the loans, got repaid on the loans by Donald Trump with interest and actually profited to the tune of millions of dollars. So it's not the typical type of fraud case where you have somebody stealing money from other people or ripping off unknowing consumers. So this ruling by the appeals court is monumental. It was also very unusual in that it took them nearly a year to reach this decision. As Caitlin Polance just said, the next step is going to be to go up to the highest court in the state, the Court of Appeals in New York State.
Speaker 3:Good, I hope so and I hope all of it gets exposed. Good, I hope so and I hope all of it gets exposed, because that was the most shocking thing I had ever seen in my entire life. That whole entire case was a freaking joke. It was a joke. It was a mockery of the justice system. It was crystal clear that did.
Speaker 3:How are you going to file a suit if there's no victim? I mean, that's just just riddle me. That it's just. It's a simple question. Even the bank, who is a supposedly the victim, had come out and said no, we're not the victim. Actually, we prefer to do business with Donald Trump. We really enjoy doing business with Donald Trump. We don't know what you're talking about. How on earth can you pay damages to a bank that says we're not victims of fraud? We never said we were victims in fraud. We would prefer to do business with Donald Trump and the Trump organization again, if we could.
Speaker 3:A victimless civil case where the defendant has to pay the state and not the victim a half a billion dollars. Explain that one to me. There is no victim. The supposed victim doesn't get a half a billion dollars. Victim. The supposed victim doesn't get a half a billion dollars. So she has been referred to the DOJ. They're actively investigating her Okay, as they should be, no matter who the president is. Joe Biden should have stepped in when she was doing it and, honestly, that would have looked a lot better on Joe Biden had he stepped in and said this is, this is stupid, we're not going to do this, we're not going to go after a president, especially for something that's just as ridiculous as this. That's what really should have happened and, honestly, that would have got Joe Biden a lot of credit had he done that, had he stepped up and said we're not doing this, this is ridiculous. But of course he didn't, but he wasn't really running the country at the time. So this is Letitia James when she found out that she was being referred to the DOJ.
Speaker 10:I'm prepared. I'm ready. I've been trained by the best. I went to Howard University that overturned legal segregation in this country. I've been taught in those classrooms where Thurgood Marshall once taught I'm not afraid of no. President Donald Trump, we're ready for you, we're coming for you, we're standing up for you. We're fighting on, we're not going down silent. Victory, my friends, is now, and I'm not waiting four years, I'm waiting two, until a speaker by the name of hakeem jeffries comes to bring us some rest. Come on, ladies, it's up to us. We saved this democracy before. We'll save it now. Let's go. My mission.
Speaker 3:Why is she talking like she has the education of a five-year-old? Why is she talking like some oppressed, segregated civil rights leader in 1962. Well, I don't understand. Forgive me, I just don't get it. I mean, letitia James Speaker, hakeem Jeffries, what do you like?
Speaker 3:The Democratic Party is dead. It's literally on life support. It is going to be very challenging for them to recover. They have one hope and that hope is Gavin Newsom. Right, he's the logical choice.
Speaker 3:I'm forced to talk about this guy every day and I can't stand it because I'm just giving him millions and millions of more views and is named, listen to by millions of more people. By the way, the ratings came out, we're now in the top 13 of political podcasts in the country Top 13. Not percent, the actual top 13. So, thank you everybody. I appreciate all the support. Keep it going. We want to get that number one spot. If you hit that top 10 mark, typically you can stay there, so we want to stay there. Court has overturned this decision. It opens up the DOJ to say well, no, the state of New York even agreed that this was extreme. This isn't just us. We're not doing this for political prosecution. The state of New York, an independent body, an independent appellate judge, came in and said that this was clearly not not just so. This is truth, social talking about this situation.
Speaker 13:Let's listen to this you brand somebody convicted felon, that could, you know, change the outcome of the election, that could affect the election. The next president, united states, and we'll never get a federal court to actually rule on these serious constitutional issues until long after the election. That's, you know, in legal terms that's irreparable harm and that's why I've said that you know, if I were the lawyer for the Trump team right now, I'd be running the federal court right now, file suit under Section 1983 and and say you know, you got to pause those proceedings.
Speaker 3:Now, what he's saying is absolutely right, and the Democrats know this, which is why they did it. They knew it was wrong, they knew it was BS, they knew they could get away with it long enough to try to stop Donald Trump from being president. Now imagine this this prevented. This action prevented Donald Trump from being president. Now imagine this action prevented Donald Trump from being president, which was a scenario that very well may have happened had they actually had a candidate that was a little bit more popular. It probably would have happened, but they know that there's no consequence to it, and that's the problem that these political figures nobody ever faces any consequences. So they can lie, they can cheat, they can steal, they can do anything that they want to do, and they're basically untouchable. Well, I hope this Department of Justice changes that. I hope the Democrats get a taste of their own medicine and then maybe it will stop it.
Speaker 13:In the state criminal courts and we've got to give a chance for the federal courts to review these serious constitutional objections. Now it gets harder and harder to do. You know, once you've got the jury reaching a verdict it gets harder and harder to claim that a federal court can hear this case. You have to overcome certain abstention doctrines and other doctrines. But I think there's actually some good arguments that in these extraordinary circumstances a federal court should look at this to avoid irreparable harm. And you know that can actually be done fairly quickly.
Speaker 13:You move for a TRO, an emergency temporary restraining order. Whichever way the judge comes out on that, you could appeal to the Second Circuit and whichever way the Second Circuit comes out on that, that could go to the Supreme Court. That could all happen on a kind of a fast track basis. I wish we could get a federal court to hear this because the country kind of needs that. You can't just have this kind of thing resolved by New York courts deciding the case under New York law. They should be looking at constitutional law. But so far, as far as Sorry, we got a comment here.
Speaker 3:Hey, terry, yes, matt from the Dumb Show is awesome. I'm glad he sent you here. I'm sure more people will funnel over over to them. So, just so everybody's aware, the Don't Unfriend Me show is on from seven till nine. I'm on that show quite frequently. I was just on. I went to their studio. I drove up to there during the DC area. I drove up there and we did a about a two and a half hour show. It was awesome. They gave me this sign behind me as a gift to match my my tattoo. So great people, great show. They're on from seven to nine, monday through Friday, and then I'm on from 9 till 10. It sounds like they're going over a little late.
Speaker 3:There is a lot of news going on, but, yep, happy to have you here. Thank you much for coming and I appreciate your comment. Anybody, at any point, if you want to drop a comment or a question or a concern, or even just make fun of me, I'll make fun of you right back. Trust me, it won't go well. So, all right, let's finish this up. Let's listen to this video.
Speaker 13:I can tell Judge Mershon hasn't really been doing that, and could the Supreme Court?
Speaker 14:itself. Make that determination right away. Or you know ordinarily they would wait to run its way through New York but they could just take and grant cert now.
Speaker 7:Well, it's conceivable, there are certain emergency doctrines you might try to take advantage of, but no guarantee.
Speaker 13:I'll tell you what, though If another state sued New York, there's only one court in the country that has jurisdiction, exclusive jurisdiction over a suit by one state against another, and that happens to be the United States Supreme Court. They cannot bring their case in a state court, a federal district court. You can only bring that case to the United States Supreme Court. A state attorney general, in principle, could bring a case against the state of New York right now and say this is an unconstitutional conviction and we know what you're going to do. It's very likely you're either going to incarcerate or impose probation. That's, you know, very, very likely, and that's going to hinder trump from campaigning in our state, and that gives us an injury and that gives us standing, and we want to litigate whether this conviction was constitutional I hope it goes to the Supreme Court.
Speaker 3:I know what the ruling is going to be. It's going to come out in Trump's favor and this is not political fodder. This is justice. I really hope so. So Letitia James gets this news, I get this news right. I got sources everywhere. So I got a little bit of a heads up that this was coming, probably coming. A little while ago it didn't look very good for Letitia James. I went to her Twitter immediately when the news broke and this is the first post that I saw. Let's look at this.
Speaker 3:The first department today affirmed the well-supported finding of the trial court donald trump, his company and two of his children are liable for fraud. This this is a gross. This is a gross misrepresentation of what happened. The court appell the and the the injunctive relief we won, limiting Donald Trump and the Trump Organization officers' ability to do business in New York. It should not be lost to history. Yet another court has ruled that the president violated the law and that our case has merit. This is not—she is grasping at straws. She's desperately trying to win over public opinion. I think she knows there's no way she doesn't know right, because this is obviously intentional. It's an intentional misrepresentation. It's an intentional abuse of the justice system In the state of New York. The fact that the governor, kathy Hochul, permitted this makes her culpable and did not intervene and shut this thing down makes her culpable in this. As far as I'm concerned, we will seek appeal to the Court of Appeals and continue to protect the rights and interests of New Yorkers.
Speaker 3:Again, again, this case does not protect the rights of New Yorkers. You're claiming that Donald Trump over-evaluated his properties so that he could get loans, that the bank agreed to the value of the properties and agreed to give them the loan amount and said that they would give him the loan amount again and that they would pay it back again. There is no victim. So how, in the hell, by protecting this, how in the hell by doing this, are you protecting New Yorkers? Please explain it to me, because that's not. That's not what's working. That's. That's clearly not. That's not what's happening. So this is I think this is an old video, video of leticia james saying that it may be a new one. Let's find out, because it was just sent to me not too long ago. It was sent to me while I was on the air. Thank you for sending that. Let's listen to this. I think this may be a new video. Let's find out.
Speaker 8:You also intend to prosecute him after he is out of office, correct?
Speaker 12:Joy again. Our investigation currently is civil in nature. It is not criminal In the event that we uncover any activity or conduct. There's an old video.
Speaker 3:In the event that we uncover any activity or conduct.
Speaker 12:There's an old video In the event that we uncover any conduct? Oh yes, will you go ahead and say civil suit? Yes, our civil suit will continue, whether he's president or not.
Speaker 3:First of all, this looks like the lineup for some lesbian frigging football team. I mean, letitia James is here saying I intend to prosecute him when he gets out of office, whether he's president or not. We're going to prosecute him in a civil case. That's exactly what she's saying, precisely what she's saying. She's saying that that's exactly what she is going to do, regardless of you know, she's being very cautious of what she says, right, but this just shows this is we're going to find a crime to fit the man. We're going to find somebody. We're going to find a crime that we can, that we can go ahead and attach to him.
Speaker 12:And so after January 20th at 12 o'clock, our investigation will continue. Joy.
Speaker 8:There's no way a potential pardon for Trump or his three eldest kids would shield them from anything you're investigating, Am I right? That's what you just said I believe Correct.
Speaker 3:Yeah, because it's a civil case and even if it wasn't, it would be a state case and the president can only pardon for federal crimes.
Speaker 12:He cannot pardon himself. What he could do is step down and allow the vice president Vice President Pence to pardon him. In all likelihood, I suspect that he will pardon his family members, his children, his son-in-law and individuals in his administration, as well as some of his close associates, and then, I suspect, at some point in time, he will step down and allow the vice president to pardon him. Now it's important to understand he is pardoned from federal crimes, but he is not pardoned from state crimes. Last year, I introduced a bill in the state legislature which would close the pardon loop.
Speaker 3:I want you to notice how she's not talking like some black civil rights leader here, because it's a different audience, which shows you just how fake she is. Now. Alina Haba who is awesome, by the way she represented Donald Trump in this case. I covered it extensively, the whole time. I covered it. Let's hear what I had to say. So look at that beard. I should grow it back out again. More news coming out of the Trump picks and we have a possible pick His press secretary. So she's going to be defending him.
Speaker 4:So this is when they were talking about making her a press secretary sorry, any truth to it I leave it to the president and three people that are on my board of directors, that's luke, chloe and parker, my children everybody will know in time all right, now I gotta go in a little harder.
Speaker 15:Have there been any?
Speaker 3:Let me find the clip of the video. So it's.
Speaker 4:But I was told to sit down. You're a lawyer.
Speaker 3:This is the clip. I was looking for. I couldn't find anywhere.
Speaker 16:I think I did eventually find it.
Speaker 3:I'm a libertarian conservative, resonate with all All right, so that's me covering it back in the day. Okay, now Alina Haba is now making headlines again, and not for this Trump case. So so an Obama appointed judge, u S district court judge, ruled that the interim US attorney for New Jersey, which is Alina Haber, has unlawfully held the role since she was put there July 24th of 2025. This is another case of just these federal judges making all of these rulings not based on legal precedent, but based on political affiliation.
Speaker 3:Judges are the most corrupt people in the world, number one, and I've worked with a lot of judges. I've dealt with a lot of judges. When I was a police officer, I would get warrants from judges and it was basically a rubber stamp. If I wanted it, they would give it to me. I was never really questioned about any of it. That's really not how it works anymore. You know your right to be secure in your papers and your persons is basically null and void in this country, which is one of the main reasons I do this podcast. But anyway, these judges are working political motivations. They're not working with the law anymore. Those days are over. So she's the special US attorney for New Jersey. She's appointed by Donald Trump. Is she the most experienced? I don't know. She's an attorney. Does that make her qualified to be a New Jersey attorney? Now, because the judge doesn't like her politics, he's going to interfere. Let's listen to the story on this.
Speaker 9:And that is of Alina Haba. You know she was nominated for US attorney in New Jersey. The 120 days on that ran out. She ran into roadblocks and she's tweeting out now that as acting New Jersey US attorney that she's not backing down. You can see President Trump. Pam Bondi is attorney general. I am now the acting US attorney for a district of New Jersey. Where do you see this going?
Speaker 3:All right. So this is what she said on Twitter. Pam Bondi is the attorney general and I am now the acting United States attorney for the District of New Jersey. I don't cower to pressure. I don't answer to politics. This is a fight for justice and I'm all in. And let me tell you, I love Elena Hava, and not just because she is a smoke show number one and not because she's Donald Trump's attorney, because she really there's a speech I'm going to show you. Ok, I'm kind of saving it for last, but she really believes in the law and she believes in representing people and doing what's right, and you know that's really hard to find in an attorney nowadays, believe me. So let's, let's finish this video.
Speaker 17:Court. Unfortunately let's finish this video Court, unfortunately. I mean, look, it's a crazy kind of three-dimensional chess battle where the president had her as an interim, appoints her for the full term position, has to withdraw that to let her be the acting, which gives her about 210 days. So at the very least in about 200 days all hell is going to break loose. But the bottom line behind it that I think is troublesome is the New Jersey senators are Booker and Kim are using their blue slip power of some sort of issue of her skills or her competence or her level of prosecutorial aggression. It seems to be based on the fact that she's willing to prosecute a New Jersey congresswoman who was involved in kind of assaultive behavior, apparently at one of these. Yeah, onrael, protest.
Speaker 17:Yeah, yeah, exactly right and and you know the film doesn't make it look like a bad faith prosecution, but that seems to be the focal point for the democrats in new jersey and I think that's a shame that that should never be the criteria.
Speaker 3:When you've got a good faith prosecution, that she's willing to bring so the democrats don't like it when they're being prosecuted for illegal things that they did like assaulting ICE agents. But it's perfectly okay for Letitia James to go after Donald Trump, no matter what that. That's, that's okay. Here is an article from Politico you should watch. You should really pay attention to Politico. They are a left-wing lunatic organization, but they do have. They kind of put all the Democrats' plans out there. So this article from Politico Alina Haba, unlawfully working as US attorney in New Jersey, judge rules. As a result, haba can now participate in prosecutions by the office. Now, this is a judge that was appointed by Barack Obama. Does that necessarily make him a biased left-wing judge? No, you know, not everybody appointed by a Democrat is completely full of political motivations. Does it put my antennas up for some caution? Yes, I mean 100%. Yeah, I'm a little. I'm a little perturbed at that. It's not like it's a Donald Trump judge that was appointed.
Speaker 3:A federal judge rejected President Donald Trump's use of a loophole to keep Elena Haba in place as New Jersey's top federal prosecutor. In a 77-page ruling, us District Judge Matthew Brand said Thursday that Habba is not lawfully holding the office of a United States attorney and has been in a position without legal authority since July 1st. As a result, habba, who had previously worked as Trump's personal attorney, could not run for office. The president attempted to keep her in charge after her 120-day interim appointment expired. The Trump administration employed a series of maneuvers to try to retain Haba's control of the office after district judges ousted her in July. Faced with the question of whether Ms Haba is lawfully performing the functions and duties of the Office of the United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey, I concluded that she is not. Brand wrote. I concluded that she is not, brand wrote. Brand put his ruling on hold pending the Trump administration's possible appeal, but the fallout could be a staggering mess across the executive branch. Brand said Habba's actions in New Jersey for the past seven weeks may be declared void. This is not an accident, because she's holding Democrats accountable. So now a Democratic judge is overturning all of her attempts to hold people accountable and Habba must be disqualified from participating in any of the office's cases as its leader. The office handles thousands of criminal and civil cases at any given time. They're ruling by brand, a Republican and Obama appointee who sits in Pennsylvania's middle district could also have wider implications for other US attorneys' offices in Los Angeles, nevada, new Mexico, upstate, new York, where the administration has effectively sidestepped or overridden both the Senate and confirmation and judicial.
Speaker 3:Blah, blah, blah, blah blah. Everything Trump does is bad and illegal. Everybody that supports him is illegal. I love how they threw Republican in there. You think Barack Obama was out there appointing Republican federal judges to benches to make sure that you know his Barack Obama's Obamacare didn't go through. Is that what we thought? Is that so this guy's a? Is he a rhino? Is he Republican in name only? Is that what it is, or is he an actual Republican? That's what I'm curious about, because I don't see Barack Obama appointing an actual Republican to stop his own policies. So here's the video of Elena Haba during the trial and the civil case, and the odds were clearly stacked against trump. It was. It was a setup. It was a freaking scam. Elena haba is trying very hard to defend her client, which happens to be donald trump, and she came out and unloaded on the press. Let's listen to this.
Speaker 4:I'm not here to hear what he has to say. That was what rang true, loud and could not have been more honest, coming from the judge, who was already predetermined that my client committed fraud before we even walked into this courtroom. I'm not here to hear what he has to say, then. Why exactly am I being paid as an attorney and why exactly are taxpayer dollars being used in this courtroom? The answer is very clear Because Ms James wants to stand right here, like she did this morning, and call my client a liar, call the company fraudulent and make a name for herself. She said this morning that the numbers don't lie, and they won't lie in this case. Well, miss James, I have a message for you. The numbers didn't lie when you ran for governor and that's why you dropped out, and the numbers don't lie when President Trump runs for office in 2024. And those numbers are loud and clear.
Speaker 4:This country is falling apart and if we don't stop corruption in courtrooms, where attorneys are gagged, where attorneys are not allowed to say what they need to say to protect their clients' interests, it doesn't matter what your politics are. Everyone has a right in this country to get up and put a defense. I don't care who you are. You have a right to hire a lawyer who can put objections on the record. You have a right to hire a lawyer who can stand up and say something when they see something wrong. But I was told to sit down today. I was yelled at and I've had a judge who is unhinged slamming a table. Let me be very clear I don't tolerate that in my life. I'm not going to tolerate it here, and you know what you shouldn't either, because not every American citizen gets a camera and a microphone, and what I'm seeing is such a demise of American judicial system and democracy.
Speaker 4:Miss James came out this morning and said that she knew Mr Trump. She always calls him Mr Trump because it kills her that he was the president. But the 45th president of this country, one of the best presidents we've had, has built a great company. It's worth a ton more than that statement of financial condition and she doesn't know how to get out of it because her politics won't allow her. She calls him a bully. She says he's going to bring out racial slurs. He's going to say things today and taunt her. Well, ms James, you taunted him before you came into office, before you saw one record one statement of financial condition. You taunted him. You say his administration was too male and too pale. Those are her words.
Speaker 3:It's a pretty powerful speech and this isn't something that's written. Okay, this, this was something that the the judge acted a certain way that ticked her off. Okay, she came out and this was just her response. It this was not pre-planned, at least it doesn't appear to be. It very well could be I could be completely just duped, but I don't think so. That's not what I think.
Speaker 3:And you know she's right that you should all be upset, you should all be mad, because not everybody has a microphone and a camera. This happens every day in our country. The justice system is used against poor and undeserving people on a daily basis who are squashed by the government for the most petty offenses that never should be, even against the law. Civilly, fathers, fathers across the country in family court trying to see their children that's something that is extraordinarily challenging. You know, I mean, she's right, and that's why we have a Bill of Rights, that's why you have freedom of the press, and freedom of the press is an individual right. It's not for a corporation, it's for the individual to speak the truth about the government and write it down and publish it. They didn't know we'd have microphones and cameras one day, but we do now and that's also protected. But yeah, everybody should, no matter what side is doing it. That's why Because the other side will be in power and they'll use it against you.
Speaker 3:So, california, gavin Newsom. Gavin Newsom is really just dominating. He's not dominating the headlines, but, man, he's getting some attention for himself. He put out some tweets where he looked like Donald Trump, literally copying exactly what he says, his format. The guy's running for president and he's trying to revamp who he is. He's trying to get his name out there and what he's doing is, in response to the Texas gerrymandering or the correction of gerrymandering, I should say is he is doing it with California to go ahead and negate the five seats that Texas is going to produce. But there's a certain legal process within the state of California that has to be followed. We're going to go over that pretty in depth.
Speaker 3:But Gavin Newsom is doing this because he's trying to act like Donald Trump is a tyrant and he's not going to tolerate it and he's a hero that he could say that he saved the Democratic Party and saved America. Listen, the best thing the Democrats can do is just rebrand, like MSNBC did. Call it DS Now instead of the Democratic Party. Shit. Just tell the world who you really are Communist socialists who hate Americans and want our country destroyed so that other countries are better than ours. That's what the Democratic Party actually stands for.
Speaker 3:Let's start watching about what's going on with this gerrymandering, because it's actually a big story Now. Donald Trump has to win these midterms. He has to. You think AGs like Letitia James are just going to go away. What do you think is going to happen after he leaves office again? You don't think people are going to go after him. You think that's just all over with. It's not on pause because he's president. So Donald Trump is taking certain steps to make sure that this kind of crap never happens to him ever again, and rightfully so, and I hope he burns the whole Democratic Party down to the ground metaphorically. I hope they never win in office again. That's what I hope.
Speaker 7:So there was a political poll I think it was just last week that showed strong support in California to keep your independent panel to control redistricting. Are you seeing something different from internal data that tells you that this fight is what Californians want? Or just explain to me the thought process going into a decision to move ahead on this?
Speaker 6:Yeah, California, Chris, has the gold standard in independent redistricting. We lift that up. I voted for independent redistricting. I love independent redistricting, but it needs to be independent redistricting in 50 states. Right now, California has unilaterally disarmed by having fair maps.
Speaker 7:So there was a political poll. I think it was just last.
Speaker 3:So they have what's called independent redistricting, ok, which means there's a there's a separate party that votes on it. The governor just can't do it on its own. That's actually a good thing, but from what's going on, it looks like Gavin Newsom is trying to circumvent that. So we're going to go over all of this stuff. It's a lot to digest, trust me, I know, but it's important. It's important for the future of this stuff. It's a lot to digest, trust me, I know, but it's important. It's important for the future of the country. Now, california has some of the most lenient, lenient voting laws. You basically just say you're a citizen and you can vote. There's no verification process, there's no, nothing. I mean it's frigging pathetic. It's horrible. And their voting system is so corrupt. Their vote should not count until they get it together. They should not be able to vote in a federal election until they get it together. So let's listen. Let's listen to this sheriff talk about it.
Speaker 16:The online voter registration system. It seems to be an honor system. Anybody can put information in there to register and vote. All you have to do is click a box and say that you're not lying, and then you'll get an email from the Secretary of State or something in the mail saying thank you for registering to vote. And there you are. Once you're on the voter rolls, anytime an election comes around guess what you get mailed a ballot.
Speaker 16:People can re-register to vote in a district that they don't actually live in, because you could do it all online. There's no checks and balances, just the fact that they were on the voter rolls with a birth date of 1850. There were 232 people registered to vote with an address to our local prisons. There were 4,144 people that were 90 years old and older. There were 125 people registered to vote or on the voter rolls that were registered to or their address comes back to nonprofit NGOs and different businesses. There were 300 people approximately 300 people, with no first name, just the last name. There were about 110 people that were possible double voters. Basically the same name, date of birth address, but two different voter ID numbers. People were registered to vote at various shelters, and all that, and we even found one person on the voter rules by the name of jesus christ.
Speaker 3:I'm telling you now, jesus ain't voting for gavin newsom. Okay. So this is how democrats win. It's. The only way they can win is by cheating. That's it. No sane person votes for gender-affirming care. That's not what majority of Americans want. And yeah, you have your lunatic cities like San Diego and San Francisco. I'm very familiar with them. But a lot of California's Republican man, a lot of it. You know, if you ever heard Hank Williams Jr saying a country boy can survive. He's talking about the boys from Northern California, which is country, and they're very conservative. That's Ronald Reagan, country man. So the Democrats should not be dominating every election in the entire state, and they're not.
Speaker 3:If you were to restrict voting laws and enforce voting laws, you have to show up with an ID to vote. You have to see your face. It has to match your ID. Then you can go cast your vote. We don't keep on record who you voted for, but there's no excuse for that. The only excuse for that is you want to cheat. That's the only excuse. Okay, there is no reason. So you can write Jesus Christ down on a ballot. How many other ballots did you write down? So here's a Republican senator from California talking about the redistricting that Gavin Newsom is going to do.
Speaker 11:This isn't just bad mapping. This scheme is bad governance. The voters of California created an independent redistricting commission precisely to prevent this kind of power grab. They voted for fairness, transparency and independence. The Constitution says maps are not to be drawn for politicians, for incumbents or for parties. But here we are with maps engineered in secret, rushed forward and designed to benefit a few select few.
Speaker 3:This lady has horrible public speaking skills. We're going to finish that video, but I just want to preface that this lady has horrible public speaking skills. But yeah, in California there's a whole independent commission that does this to prevent governors from doing it for a power grab. That's true, Yet it's still happening.
Speaker 11:It's a clear conflict of interest and and undermines public trust in our elections. It tells voters that their voices matter less than political insiders and it confirms every fear they already have about Sacramento Colleagues. About Sacramento Colleagues this isn't about Democrats or Republicans.
Speaker 3:Yes, it is. It's literally what the entire thing is about. Man see, I make fun of Republicans too on this show. It's literally the entire thing is about democrats and republicans. This is like. This is something your president of your elementary school in sixth grade wrote about the the problems with the vending machines. She's reading it aloud to the class. This is horrible. It's not about democrats or republicans. It's literally an argument of over who's going to be in power.
Speaker 11:In my district I represent more Democrats than I do Republicans. I want every single voter to be represented fairly. This is about the Constitution.
Speaker 3:This is a In every district you represent the other side of the party. There's not a district in the world where Republicans and Democrats are both in it or not both in it.
Speaker 11:About transparency. It's about whether the people of California get what they voted for a fair and open process, not maps drawn in back rooms for political convenience. The people of California deserve better. They deserve fair maps, they deserve good government and they just.
Speaker 3:No such thing as good government. Okay, lady, there is no such thing as good government Like at all. Never In the history of the world government has killed more people than cancer. So here is Gavin Newsom discussing these incredibly gerrymandered maps. This is opportunity for him to get this agenda done. This is not him standing up being some sort of hero to the Democratic Party. Let's hear what he had to say.
Speaker 19:Over redistricting rages on in the nation's two most populous states, as the governors of both Texas and California dig in trying to put their respective parties.
Speaker 3:Hey JD man, welcome on, dude, good to see you.
Speaker 19:He's in a better position for next year's midterms the Republican governor of Texas, greg Abbott, calling for a second special session to redraw maps after Democratic lawmakers fled the state and stalled out the first attempt, while the Democratic governor of California, gavin Newsom, unveiled his plan to counter Texas just yesterday. News Nation's Nancy Liu is live for us in LA keeping up with all of these developments. So, nancy, what is the latest?
Speaker 20:Well, Nicole, Governor Newsom and California Democrats, they're quickly moving on his newly proposed election rigging response act. State lawmakers are expected to unveil new California maps soon, perhaps today, With redrawn lines of the 52 wineries, farmland desert.
Speaker 3:And it's just the coastal cities that are liberal, like anywhere else in the country. And we don't even know, because the elections aren't even secure. For all we know, that's the most conservative state in America. That wouldn't surprise me at all. It would not surprise me if California was more conservative than Florida, if they actually had an election where people only could pass the one vote.
Speaker 20:Democratic leaders to immediately take up the redistricting proposal as soon as the California state legislature reconvenes next week, and he is confident California voters would approve the move in a special election in November.
Speaker 15:We anticipate these maps will completely neuter and neutralize what is happening in Texas. This does not go forward. I want to remind everybody, unless one of these other states move forward, there's still an exit ramp, not just Texas, but Missouri, as I mentioned, or Florida, indiana and these other states that are considering doing the unprecedented rigging their elections with midterm redistricting.
Speaker 3:It's not unprecedented. What's unprecedented is the districts the Democrats have drawn for themselves. I mean that's what's unprecedented. What's unprecedented is the districts the Democrats have drawn for themselves. I mean that's what's unprecedented. The Democrats wouldn't have the power that they have if it wasn't for gerrymandering. The Democrats have completely destroyed the democratic process. I mean that's the issue. It's not Republicans all of a sudden trying to manipulate the system and rob everybody. Like that's not happening. That's not happening. And look, the Democrats are just like. It's kind of like the guy who robs your house. You ever see Liar Liar and she talks about the guy who robs the guy's house and falls through the skylight and cuts his leg on the cutting board, then sues the homeowner and wins. Like that's what democrats are. There's kind of sleazy lawyers who just completely destroy the legal system with their antics.
Speaker 20:Let's watch the rest of this video. With retaliatory redistricting underway in California, texas Democrats who left their state in protest earlier this month they are returning. Their departure had stalled.
Speaker 3:Hey, Kat, welcome on. Good to see you.
Speaker 20:The proposed redistricting in Texas, but Governor Greg Abbott has just announced a special session for today with nearly 20 items on the agenda, including redistricting, With a major summit on tap. President Trump has yet to respond to Governor Newsom, but the president has argued Republicans are playing fair.
Speaker 15:If you look at what's going on with the redistricting or whatever you want to call it, the Democrats have done it long before we started. They've done it all over the place. They did it in New York, they did it in a lot of different states.
Speaker 3:That's. That's literally what the Democrats have done. They invented it. Look at the 2020 election. There was a time we couldn't even talk about that on this show. We couldn't talk about it on the air or we would be banned forever on every single platform, if you mentioned even the words 2020 election Because Democrats shut it down.
Speaker 18:They can only win if they cheat, because the country does not agree with them.
Speaker 3:The United States of America does not align with the Democratic Party. They align with maybe 20%. It's showing in their favorability polls. Their favorability polls are in the crapper and it's like unrepairable. They have to. This is in the crapper and it's it's like unrepairable they have to. This is here. Let's watch. This is from Politico. This is from last month. This is from July. I just Googled this. This isn't a preplanned article. This is a spur-of-the-moment article. This is Politico, a far-left news organization. You can't get further left than Politico.
Speaker 3:Democrats tumble in new poll. In a survey from the Wall Street Journal, democrats hold only 33% approval rating. President Donald Trump's approval rating remains underwater, but Democrats are faring worse according to a new poll from the Wall Street Journal. I love how they have to throw a shot or like just. You can't even trust these people because they over embellish so much and they're talking about how bad. Only three 33% of voters hold a favorable view of Democrats, with a meager 8% holding 8% holding a very favorable opinion. Less than 8% of the country loves Democrats and thinks that they're awesome and everything they do is great. Less than 8% for a net negativity favorability of only 30 percentage points. I'm not going to read this whole thing you can hear. Here's your source political far left news. It's called Democrats Tumble a New Poll. It's from July 26th 2025.
Speaker 3:So this isn't some old article I pulled out of my ass from you know five years ago. Do you know how bad you have to be for only 8% of the country to really agree with you? So how do Democrats have so much power? How with you? So how do Democrats have so much power? How 8% of the country hold a very high opinion of them and their policies? 8%. Yet they hold all of these congressional seats, they wield all of this power on policy. They control all of the school districts. They control all of big tech. They can only win when they cheat.
Speaker 3:They've been cheating forever and Republicans have not had the backbone to shut it down. Excuse me, a new Republican Party, a Republican Party that they created that the. Democrats created by using lawfare and going after their political opponents. They backed Republicans into a corner to where they now have to fight for their own survival. 8% hold a very high favorability rating. 8%. You know what that means. That means the majority of the country is happy with redistricting, because the redistricting from Democrats is unfavorable to the United States of America. They can only win when they cheat. That's it.
Speaker 3:They can't stand toe-to-toe on policy, on any policy on education, on medical, on voting. They can't stand toe-to-toe with Republicans on anything, so they cheat. They can't stand toe-to-toe with Republicans on anything, so they cheat. And we're going to unwind the cheat and we're going to swing this country back where it wants to be just to the right of center, not in the center, Not to the left, not all the way to the right where anarchy lives, but just to the right. Of center is where the United States has always been.
