Political Shenanigans: Fort Stewart, Fake Census, and Florida's Tax Revolution

What happens when the very systems designed to ensure fair representation become tools for political advantage? This episode dives deep into the intersection of census counts, property rights, and justice in America today.

The Fort Stewart shooting incident involving Sergeant Cornelius Radford reveals troubling questions about military justice and media narratives. While some outlets immediately highlighted claims of racism, the deeper story shows how quickly violence gets framed through political lenses rather than individual accountability. The military justice system, operating on principles different from civilian courts, presents its own challenges in delivering justice.

Donald Trump's order for a new census strikes at the heart of representation in America. The current system counts illegal immigrants toward congressional apportionment, potentially giving states with large non-citizen populations more representation than states with primarily citizen residents. The 2020 census allegedly overcounted Democratic-leaning states while undercounting Republican states like Florida, which despite being the fastest-growing state only received one additional seat. This discrepancy could determine which party controls Congress when margins are razor-thin.

Perhaps most revolutionary is Governor Ron DeSantis' proposal to eliminate property taxes in Florida. This challenges the fundamental notion that homeowners should pay perpetual "rent" to the government for property they've already purchased. The current system particularly burdens seniors on fixed incomes who face escalating tax bills due to property appreciation, sometimes losing homes they've owned for decades over relatively small tax debts.

These issues connect to deeper questions about American governance: Who truly wields power? How do we ensure fair representation? What rights should be inviolable? Join us as we explore these critical questions that will shape the future of American democracy.

Speaker 9:

Monday through at 8.30 pm Eastern Standard Time, and we are going to do one hour. Three topics. Here we go. The topics for this evening are the active shooter at Fort Stewart, charity there. We're going to break it down. Some new information has come out about this guy. He's got my antennas up. There's a lot of suspicious things. We're going to talk about that. The second is the new census ordered by Donald Trump. Yes, he ordered a new census. We're going to break that down and go over it. And Ron, the man DeSantis, has decided that property taxes should go away in the state of Florida, which is phenomenal for me because that's where I'm sitting right now. And, yes, property taxes are unconstitutional. We're also going to break that down. We'll be right back in one minute.

Speaker 6:

Hey, ryan, hi, this is Sarah Palin. Ryan, donald Trump Jr Hogs to win. See you playing all-American son of a b**** who is celebrating God, family country.

Speaker 9:

All right, here we go, we are off. Got a bunch of people on. I love it, keep it coming. So there was an active shooter at Fort Stewart in Georgia and I believe that's in the Savannah area. I know a lot of Republican podcasts.

Speaker 9:

Anytime there's an active shooter they don't want to say the active shooter's name and blow it up. Listen, I don't think that anybody in their right mind murders people for stardom. I don't. I think they're emotionally unwell. I think that they're pushed to a certain limit that they break. So I use their names and I don't. I think they're emotionally unwell. I think that they're pushed to a certain limit that they break. So I use their names and I don't celebrate their names, but I want to know who they are and what they did. So this dude's name is Cornelius Radford. With a name like that, it would drive anybody to murder.

Speaker 9:

Cornelius Radford was a sergeant in the United States Army. Cornelius Radford was a sergeant in the United States Army, which is strange that this would happen with somebody. This is a photo of him right here being let in by the military police. This guy is going to go to a military prison. It's not going to be pretty. The military justice system is not the same as our justice system In the justice system for citizens.

Speaker 9:

I'm a former Marine. I was in the Marine Corps for five years. The way it was always explained to me in the civilian side, it is innocent until proven guilty. On the military side, it's guilty until proven guilty. On the military side, it's guilty until proven innocent. Now, I don't think that this gentleman is going to have um any case whatsoever based on the evidence, um to get off in a military trial. So, cornelius, uh, the, the initial reports are always vague, so that's why I usually wait a little while we don't usually do same-day news because I want the truth to come out so I can give you the most accurate information possible.

Speaker 9:

Cornelius I just can't get over that name took out a pistol and fired at five of his fellow soldiers this is a sergeant, by the way, somebody who's supposed to be a leader of soldiers, um, probably in charge of a unit, maybe a platoon, a squad, whatever. I don't know what mls he was. Um, however, um, this is. This is a tragedy. Either way. It's being reported as of this moment, on August 7th 2025, there are no deaths from the incident, but five soldiers were shot and he was immediately subdued, tackled and taken down by other soldiers.

Speaker 9:

The media is making the biggest deal in the world about that. That is awesome, that is great, but they're military people. It's what they do. They're trained to handle these types of situations. Some military members are trained better than others, but it seems that Cornelius was taken down rather abruptly and quickly and that he was taken into custody. Now these people were all given awards, as they should, for taking this suspect down. Now, apparently, I think I have a clip here, yeah, so here is the award ceremony and this. I'm going to give you an example of why the Army drives Marines crazy. This isn't just the Army, and we love them. By the way, they did a great job.

Speaker 11:

Publish your orders.

Speaker 9:

This is. The Meritorious Service Medal. They're getting the Meritorious Service Medal for their actions at Fort Stewart. Stopping the active shooter Great thing it's awarded to First Sergeant Joshua.

Speaker 12:

Arnold for exceptionally meritorious service on August 6, 2025. Thomas for exceptionally meritorious service on August 6, 2025. Massar Thomas exhibited remarkable for exceptionally meritorious service on August 6, 2025. Sapsar Taylor demonstrated extraordinary.

Speaker 9:

Now Homeboy here is wearing his. He's wearing civilian PT gear. By the way, he's not even wearing. It doesn't appear to be army issued. It doesn't appear to be army issued. This is um mind-blowing to me that this dude is in a ceremony getting a prestigious medal for stopping an active shooter and he's wearing shorts and a t-shirt. That's that blows my mind. This is what drives, uh, the, the marine corps crazy when it comes to the army.

Speaker 9:

But just wanted to point that out for the army dogs out there, a lot of you are on probably get a lot of comments and talk a lot of smack, and that's fine because that's what we do. But he's wearing his pt gear and an award he's just got zero, uh, zero fucks given. Good for him. But yeah, I mean, this is what they do, right? This is what military people do. They are trained and they respond to situations like this. Also, a thing to note is that on an army base, you're not allowed to conceal and carry. You're not allowed to conceal and carry on any base. But the thing that is the most tragic and CNN actually broke this part of the story that I didn't know, but now that I know, I feel terrible, for Cornelius has in fact made the investigation and did the real hard work to show us that Cornelius is actually the victim.

Speaker 5:

Back in this community. They want to know exactly what happened. But talking about the suspect, cornelius Radford, we do know the New York Times has talked to his father. He actually made some allegations saying his son wanted to transfer from this base and was facing racism.

Speaker 9:

So oh, oh, he was facing racism. He was in the United States Army. He was facing racism. Hmm, Thank you CNN. What else? Anything else? We?

Speaker 5:

actually reached out to the third ID to ask about those claims and so far they have not gotten back to us yet about the claims they said there's been sort of an active investigation ongoing in terms of the claims made by Cornelius Radford.

Speaker 5:

But we do know from our own reporting there was some sort of beef there between him and one of the co-workers. He was very upset, then brought that weapon onto the base here and opened fire. We know he shot the person that he was having that disagreement with and then moved to four other people. Then the soldiers jumped in and were able to tackle him. We talked about that new image that we have of him being transferred into military custody. Hopefully we'll put that up on the screen so everyone can see it. One of the things that struck me is his size as he was being moved through here. There is additional video that we hope to have a little bit later on this afternoon of him being transferred into military custody. We're also told today at 925 that the Secretary of the Army will be here. There will be a news conference, so hopefully we'll learn more information. But listen to the general here for this base talk about how other soldiers jumped in this base talk about how other soldiers jumped in I.

Speaker 9:

I am appalled that this victim, who was bullied by such racism, would have to endure this. I mean, obviously he would just lash out and shoot everybody, right? Oh, or maybe he got sucked into the. I'm a victim and everybody's against me, and it has to be because I'm black, not because I'm a shitbag soldier who can't get my act together or do what my bosses tell me to do, so I cry racism and then, when that doesn't work, I shoot them.

Speaker 9:

That makes more sense that he's leaning on racism as a crutch to try to get it ahead in the army and then actually goes ahead and gets shot and shoots everybody. He doesn't get shot, but he shoots everybody who doesn't agree with him or he doesn't get his way. Sounds like a typical liberal to me. Well, the news did come out that he was a registered Democrat, but that's irrelevant. You know plenty of registered Republicans have conducted shootings too. I'm not saying one party is more prone to it, although anyway. But here is I think this is the commanding general of the base talking about the situation. Let's hear what he had to say.

Speaker 11:

Shortly before 11 o'clock, an active duty soldier assigned to Fort Stewart, georgia, shot and wounded five of his fellow soldiers here on Fort Stewart. Thankfully, all are in stable condition and all are expected to recover. The alleged shooter is in custody. We have reestablished security. I have lifted all lockdown measures on Fort Stewart and there is currently no threat to the local community. I'd like to recognize and thank our Army law enforcement and medical personnel and our partners from local, state and federal law enforcement and emergency services for their quick response and support. I would also like to thank the brave soldiers who immediately intervened and subdued the shooter. These soldiers, without a doubt, prevented further casualties. Our wounded soldiers were initially evacuated to Wynn Army Community Hospital right here on Fort Stewart. All arrived in stable condition and three of the five required surgical intervention. Two have been transported to Memorial Hospital in Savannah, georgia for additional care. Been transported to Memorial Hospital in Savannah, georgia for additional care. We have identified the alleged shooter as Sergeant Cornelius Radford, an automated logistics sergeant assigned to 2nd Brigade Combat Team.

Speaker 9:

Logistics guy Bullets, beans and band-aids.

Speaker 11:

Sergeant Radford has not previously deployed to combat. Sergeant Radford has been interviewed by the Army Criminal Investigation Division and is currently in pretrial confinement awaiting a charging decision by the Office of the Special Trial Counsel.

Speaker 9:

His life is over. This dude is going to wind up in Leavenworth for the rest of his life breaking rocks, breaking rocks, and good so be it. I don't have any mercy for him, and I'm sure the majority of you guys do not either. So this victim of racism and that's what his dad's saying. So that means that this kid was complaining to his dad about the racism that he was receiving, and I can tell you from experience there is no racism in the military. I mean, it does not exist. The amount of shit you go through together as a team, as a unit, if you go in hating somebody of a different color, you come out with a different opinion. I can promise you that. Um, but that sounds like it's just a crutch or for um not performing well or getting into trouble with his unit, which sounds like he was a real, real friggin hairball from what I understand. So prayers for all of these people. I'm glad that everybody is okay. I'm glad that the army stepped up and, uh, they, they took advantage. They took not advantage, but they took charge of the situation. They subdued the shooter, they established a casualty collection point, like they did what they were supposed to do. Right, this is their job. This is what they do, um, they're they're trained to do it, um. But here we are in other news Donald Trump has issued an order to redo the census.

Speaker 9:

Now, the census is a constitutional provision where the United States government um essentially counts the what's supposed to be citizens, um, so that we can get proper representation in the House and the Senate. But what the Democrats have done over years is they have manipulated the system and cheated the system so that Democrats would be further represented in the House and the representative, along with their gerrymandering. So we talked about gerrymandering last night and how the Democrats have gerrymandered every district. They've gerrymandered Republicans completely out of Massachusetts. There's not a single Republican seat in the entire state. That means if you're a Republican in Massachusetts, you have no representation. Nobody represents you at the federal level, nobody represents you at the state level. So just nobody represents you, which is absurd.

Speaker 9:

So Trump has ordered that we do a new census, that we do a new census. And the reason he's ordered that we do a new census is because the Democrats have manipulated the system to where the census counts illegal aliens as well as citizens. So let me explain that, because I know when you hear that it doesn't make much sense, right, because it's frig freaking ludicrous. But uh, the democratic party made it unlawful for the census, the person committing the census, the person conducting the census, to ask the people when they're counting them you know what do you do for a living? How many people live in this house? Are you a citizen? You're not allowed to ask that question.

Speaker 9:

So when you have open borders for I don't know four years and millions of people come through, guess what more you get in the House and Senate? You get more seats, you get more congressmen and women and you get more senators. So the only way that Democrats can win is when they cheat, because the majority of the United States of America, the overwhelming majority of the United States of America, are not out of their damn minds. They don't want to castrate children. They want reasonable citizenship avenues. They don't want, you know, drag queens reading to kindergartners. Your average American doesn't want that crap.

Speaker 9:

So what? What we have is we have a system that nobody in this country wants, and the reason that it's there these policies and this just lunatic mindset. The reason it's there is because the democrats have cheated the system and they have placed more Democrats in the House and the Senate by manipulating the system and having open border policies and getting in as many people they can into these districts and getting more seats for them and then gerrymandering the districts to make sure that it's all Democratic elections. It's a freaking scam. Here is let's watch this Fox News clip about the hypocrisy and the redistricting of Democratic redistricting. Redistricting of Democratic.

Speaker 13:

Chicago, new York, massachusetts, democrats have gerrymandered the vote beyond recognition to try to maintain their advantage in the House elections. On top of that, let's not forget, democrats rigged the 2020 census by including illegal aliens. Remember, they sued Donald Trump, they sued the administration, they fought tooth and nail to include illegal aliens in the census. 20 to 30 of House Democrat seats wouldn't exist but for illegal aliens. Texas is taking just a small corrective step against this ocean of fraud, this ocean of abuse by the corrupt Democrat Party Sean no, chicago needs—.

Speaker 9:

I mean. That about sums it up. These are things that we have known have been going on for years, however, we haven't been able to do anything about it. We've talked about it on this show For years, however, we haven't been able to do anything about it. We've talked about it on this show. We've talked about the great replacement theory, which is what the Democrats were calling it. Oh, this is the great replacement theory, and this is a right wing conspiracy. It's not. It was actually happening. I've talked about it For years. We've discussed it, and I'm not the only one. Ben Shapiro talked about it, too, and how it was unconstitutional what they did with the census in 2020. And forget the mail-in ballots. That was part of it too, but let's listen to what Ben Shapiro had to say in 2020.

Speaker 14:

Since we live in a timeline in which God clearly hates us, we may as well assume this will be the reality. So here's the worst case scenario In 2020, there was a census. That census was done wrong. Okay, that census radically overcounted states like New York, delaware, I believe, michigan, and it radically undercounted states like Florida and Texas, like this has been openly acknowledged by the Census Bureau.

Speaker 8:

What do you mean by?

Speaker 14:

that. So whenever they do the census they can't survey everybody, right? They take a sample.

Speaker 5:

Okay.

Speaker 14:

And so like they try to get everybody and they get about 67% of people, but the estimate is very often wrong. Okay, okay, so in 2020, they acknowledged like afterward, they're widespread. I mean, the government acknowledged that they'd gotten the census wrong. The problem is, how do you apportion congressional seats and electoral votes? You do it based on the census, right? So, theoretically, florida should have two more electoral votes, new York should have one fewer and Delaware should have one fewer. So here's your worst case scenario. Your worst case scenario is Donald Trump wins North Carolina, georgia, arizona, nevada Okay, if he wins those and he loses Wisconsin, michigan and Pennsylvania.

Speaker 14:

The final electoral college tally is Kamala Harris 270, donald Trump 268. Now you have the state of Florida. Say, guys, you fucked up the census. The census is that we should have two more electoral college votes and you failed to, and you acknowledge this. You know this, so you need to rejigger. We've now been damaged. We now have standing. This election really should be Donald Trump 270, kamala Harris 268, based on the population shifts in the country. That goes to the Supreme Court. Now you have a Supreme Court in which six of the justices were appointed by Republicans, including three by Donald Trump, deciding whether the electoral college count should be reversed based on the census failure. That's a possible thing that could happen For sure. The electoral college count should be reversed based on the census failure. Okay, you want to like? That's a very you want like a recipe? Possible thing. That could happen for sure, right, I mean? By the way, the polling right now shows Trump ahead in North Carolina, georgia, arizona and Nevada.

Speaker 5:

And those other three.

Speaker 14:

those other three are like dead even so like so not only is that, and because God hates us this is.

Speaker 9:

This is what they've been doing at the Republic, and this, this is not a situation where the Republicans are doing it back right, this isn't um you. You did this to cheat, so we're going to do this to cheat. The Republicans are correcting the actions that the Democrat have taken. I'm making them right, just again right. So far, that's what it looks like. Um, the actions that the Democrat have taken, and making them right, just again Right. So far, that's what it looks like, but it's something that absolutely needs to happen. You know, this country was founded on certain principles and you know the government of the United States does not represent the world. It represents its citizens. So to have a system where illegal aliens are represented in Congress or in the Senate and they're not paying taxes or they're not even part of this country, they just strolled in that's like you know somebody walking into your house and the cops can't kick them out because you know they put themselves on your mortgage without your permission, like that's, that's not. That's literally not. Not how this works.

Speaker 9:

Now, of course, the left is going to call Donald Trump a racist. Oh, he's cheating. He's rigging the system. He's not. He's not rigging the system, he's un-fucking what has been fucked, and that's precisely what needs to be done. This is just a small step, right? So, donald Trump, here's the thing. Donald Trump still has the midterms to deal with. Okay, in the midterm elections, in the midterm elections, if the Republican Party does not pick up a vast majority of the House and the Senate, donald Trump is not going to be able to get a lot done, right, and there's a lot of things he wants to get done, radical things that are going to blow people's minds and it's going to be great for this country. All right, we, the Republican Party, are not going to be able to do that without the House and the Senate.

Speaker 9:

The reason the Democrats have had such a stranglehold on power is because they've been cheating this whole time. They've been cheating and the majority of the country wants it to be fair. They want elections to be fair. They want representations for everybody in every state. There's no reason why one state shouldn't have a congressman who represents Republicans. You mean to tell me the farming area of Massachusetts, all the rural farms in Massachusetts that produce milk and eggs and beef? They're all Democrats, all of them. There's no representation in Congress for them. There's no representation in Congress for them. That's perhaps one of the most absurd things I have ever heard of in my entire life.

Speaker 9:

So here's Donald Trump. I love how they call it Alligator Alcatraz. Alligator Alcatraz, it's some concentration camp for illegal immigrants. It's not. It's a holding facility where they get processed out because they shouldn't be here to begin with. He's at Alligator Alcatraz with Ron DeSantis. I'm glad to see these guys are getting along again. For a while it was a little. I was afraid they weren't going to get back together. Um, because I do love Ron DeSantis. He is my governor. He will always be my governor, uh, even when he is out of the race. But let's hear what Donald had to say.

Speaker 6:

Ron, they, they include anybody that happens to be in your state. Well, california.

Speaker 15:

California would lose like five seats if they did a fair census. And even beyond that, the Biden census gypped Florida of at least one seat. We only got one seat in the last census. Are you trying to tell me that Florida only had one seat on that? We should have had at least two. Texas should have had another one. That could be the difference in the House of Representatives and the majority. So I would love for them to redo the census for 26. My legislature will redistrict those lines. We'll get it to where it's fair, but as it's right now, this country is not fairly apportioned. I've got so many more millions of people in florida that have representation, so florida is the fastest growing state in the entire United States Number one.

Speaker 9:

More people are moving to Florida than anywhere else in the country, and a main reason for that is because a lot of times when people retire, they move to Florida because Florida doesn't have an income tax, so they don't pay taxes on their retirement. So why would you stay in New York and pay taxes on your retirement? Why would you stay in California and pay taxes on your retirement? Or Illinois? You don't want to do that. And then you move down to where it's hot and you vacation for the rest of your life. That's what people are doing. So Florida is the fastest growing state. Florida was growing so fast that the entire state of California ran out of U-Hauls because that's how many people were moving to Florida.

Speaker 9:

A lot of famous podcasters have moved out of Los Angeles or California and have relocated to Florida. Ben Shapiro is one of them and there's many more. So that's a big factor into why people are moving to Florida, because of the fiscal part of it. Also, it's the free estate that there is. I mean, in Florida you could just basically do whatever the heck you want within reason whatsoever. So the fastest growing state only got one seat. I mean with millions of people moving to Florida, come on. So the census was used to benefit the Democratic Party in swing states and Democratic states, not Republican states. So that's why these governors, like Texas and Florida, are trying to redo the districts and get proper representation representation and donald trump is trying to get a fair census, because the democrats have freaking cheated their way into power and with that power they have destroyed the economy, um, they've destroyed our relationships with other countries. It's just, it's been an absolute disaster because of that flawed census.

Speaker 6:

I think it's going to do very well. A lot of people. I don't know if you've heard about it. It's like it's captivated the country. Everybody wants it, it's going to get in, it's going to pass and we're going to be around. They, they include.

Speaker 9:

I love he's wearing his Gulf of America and just so you know just how smart Donald Trump is, I don't think the guy's perfect. I'm very critical of Donald Trump at times, but changing it to the Gulf of America did a few things. Number one it was easy to sell because it's not the Gulf of Mexico, it's the Gulf of America. Patriotism, pride all the magas went insane for it. But the main reason was is all of the industrial laws, the anti-capitalist laws and the no drilling laws and all these environmental regulations that the Biden and Obama administrations had passed are now null and void Because they only apply to the Gulf of Mexico, not the Gulf of America. So it opens up this economy to get the money flowing within the country. So I love that idea and I love how he did that with the Gulf of America and I think it's phenomenal.

Speaker 7:

Are you a citizen of the United States of America? There used to be a time when you could answer questions like that very easily. There used to be a time when you could proudly declare I am a citizen of the United States.

Speaker 9:

He's talking about census questions which are now. You're not allowed to ask that at all. You're not allowed to allude to the fact of whether they're a citizen or not. You're not allowed to ask them if they're a citizen or if anybody in the household is a citizen. They just count the people, which is crazy. It's insane.

Speaker 10:

Tonight, the White House defending its move to bring back this controversial question to the US Census for the first time since 1950.

Speaker 9:

First of all, this is not controversial. This is ask your neighbors. You know the news always does this and flips it and they try to make it controversial by calling it controversial. This controversial question who's upset if they're asking if somebody is a citizen or not? Do you care? I mean, do you care if the census ask if you're a citizen or not? I don't care. Yeah, of course I'm a citizen. That's my response. Yeah, if I wasn't a citizen, why would I be here? It's not controversial at all. This is what the country voted for. This is what the country wants.

Speaker 10:

What is your?

Speaker 7:

citizenship.

Speaker 10:

Now they're trying to erase the very existence of a very important word and a very important thing citizenship but the move is facing a growing backlash, with several democratic state attorneys general poised to sue the Trump administration Of course, of course.

Speaker 9:

Donald Trump is not going to get anything done without a lawsuit. That's just not going to happen. Donald Trump is going to be sued for everything that he does, no matter what it is or how right or how just it is.

Speaker 10:

They say, adding the question could scare off undocumented immigrants from participating Good.

Speaker 9:

Could scare them off from participating. Uh-huh yeah, because I don't want them participating in the census, I don't want them here. They need to leave the country. You need to get your citizenship and come back. That's. It's black and black and white. Like what.

Speaker 7:

I stand before you to outline new steps my administration is taking to ensure that citizenship is counted, so that we know how many citizens we have in the United States Make sense.

Speaker 16:

Is why, after why, this question was added. This determines who is here. This determines who has power in the United States of America. That is what we want to know. That's what I want to know about the racism, that and the and the very disturbing history that we're seeing here. That's what I want. Well, you need it. That's AOC know about the racism, that and the and the very disturbing history that we're seeing here. That's what I want, what you need it that's aoc.

Speaker 9:

It's racist to ask somebody if they're a citizen. It's where. If that's racist to ask somebody if if they are a citizen of the united states of america for many reasons.

Speaker 6:

Number one you need it for congress. You need it for congress, for districting number one in this country.

Speaker 17:

When we redistrict based on the census, we do it based on persons, not citizens. So what everyone is saying is that when he says that, is he trying to like turn this into a ploy where we redistrict based on citizenship? And if that is the case, what everyone is, what a lot of people have said, is that that means Republicans have an advantage. Correct, yes, that means Republicans have an advantage Correct.

Speaker 9:

Yes, that means Americans have an advantage Because the majority of Americans are Republicans. One of the very first things I learned in college when I was studying political science is the United States citizen is right of center as a whole, always, no matter what. No matter what is right of center. The Democrats know that. If only citizens could vote, if you had a mandatory ID, if you had accurate census and accurate congressional and Senate seats and representation and accurate electoral college votes, then Democrats would never be elected again. So they had to cheat in order to get their power. And that's not us rigging the system. That's not Republicans rigging the system. That's not Republicans rigging the system. That is just what America is and Americans should be represented.

Speaker 15:

At nearly 2.5 million, 2023 had the highest number of migrant encounters at the southern border as far as records go back.

Speaker 10:

The census is taken every 10 years, as required by the us constitution. In addition to federal funding, it also helps determine the number of congressional seats in each state, which means some states could lose a seat. The past three years can second yeah, they could lose seats.

Speaker 9:

That's why all these texas democrats are fleeing, because they know the gig is up. They know they're not going to have a job because some of them are going to get blown out of office and other ones are not going to get reelected or they're not even going to have their seat. It's going to say well, you don't represent anybody. Your district's 65% illegal immigrants. There's nobody for you to to uh to represent, so we're going to go ahead and merge your district with their district. It is insane to think that we have illegal aliens represented by members of Congress who are influencing our politics, and they didn't even have the gall or the courtesy to come in legally. They're not citizens. You do not get representation here. I don't know who this is, but let's watch this. Somebody had sent this to me.

Speaker 18:

Let's see what this gentleman has to say there is not a single white british child in 72 schools across england that's what it is.

Speaker 9:

it's england who has, just just like the United States did, open door, open border policies where everybody can come in. And now in England there are 72 schools where not a single child is white In 72 schools. That means in these districts where they're representing. Those districts are from migrants who are probably I don't know for sure, but based on their open border policy, are probably just illegal immigrants who came in. Now they're changing the culture, they're changing the government of England.

Speaker 18:

There is not a single white British child in 72 schools across England. In 454 schools, white British children make up less than 2% of the student body. Make up less than 2% of the student body. White British children are also now a minority in one in four schools. That is data from the Department of Education, reported by the Telegraph. I strongly believe this is indirect social engineering on a national scale. Tell me this how does any country expect assimilation, let alone a shared culture, when thousands of children grow up in classrooms where white British identity is the exception, not the norm? Will there be a white history month to help with these minority children to feel included? Will there be DEI initiatives to give them a leg up? Of course not. They're the wrong kind of minority, aren't they? And yet it seems, if you even dare to raise these questions, the government now might label you as a potential terrorist. That's not hyperbole, that is.

Speaker 9:

England is wild man, but if Democrats had their way, they would turn us into like Europe Just open borders. I mean, even back in the Republican primary debate, Vivek Ramaswamy was talking about this. Let's listen to what he had to say. He was very outspoken about this.

Speaker 8:

When the Democratic Party and Biden, the leader of the Democratic Party, now as recently as 10 years ago, with Mallorca sitting at his side, expressly talking about non-white populations exceeding white populations that being a good thing and immigration policies they've advanced to achieve that result, remain in Mexico, which they're not enforcing. Let's have that debate rather than saying this is a dog whistle, this is going to cause violence.

Speaker 9:

What I'm worried about is that I love how there's just like a halo light over his head, like he's an angel. I love Vivek Ramaswamy.

Speaker 8:

We are going to have I would say I want to. I want to be careful in the way I speak about this because I don't want to get to a place about violence. I want to be careful in the way I speak about this because I don't want to get to a place about violence I want. We're skating on thin ice as a country right now, but as a leader, it is important to give people the permission to say in public what they'll otherwise say in private.

Speaker 4:

A lot of it, grounded in truth, to be able to have that debate without labeling somebody one question, a xenophobe or a racist or a denier or anything else. Let's just say I'm not going to use the term anymore because it is a dog whistle for people out there who are looking for reasons to go after people of color and Jews.

Speaker 9:

For people to go after people of color. That's what she's saying. That that's a dog whistle To say, hey, stop bringing in illegal immigrants and replacing all of us so that the Democrats can win seats. Can you stop doing that? That's racist. That's going to infuriate racists.

Speaker 8:

I agree to disagree on the importance of airing discussion in this country.

Speaker 4:

Let's just assume that that was something that was happening. Is that so wrong? What's wrong with people of color being a majority in this country? Let me just pause right there.

Speaker 8:

This is a legitimate discussion for us to have, but but we can't have it both ways. To say that this is something that we're actually advocating for, it's an express policy and we acknowledge that it's part of an express policy objective. Then let's actually get to the debate about whether this is good or not for the country. Right, and so I embrace that. But thank you for getting to a useful place rather than just saying anybody who's saying this. If a person on the right says that it's a conspiracy theory, if a Democrat says it's immigration policy and my view is, I don't care about skin color.

Speaker 9:

It's great because he is a person of color, so he gets away with a lot more.

Speaker 8:

I could care less for skin color. Do you share the ideals of this?

Speaker 4:

country, not replace us, comes from the great replacement theory. I know you have to go, but just go back and look at that.

Speaker 8:

I would say go back and look at air for the people that are watching this the videos that Mike Johnson has released of Capitol Police allowing them in. We should be able to at least have that debate in the open and air the video of Biden saying exactly what otherwise is described as a conspiracy theory with Mayorkas 10 years ago. Let's have honest debate. We can disagree, but don't call label somebody a insurrectionist or a racist or a homophobe or a denier or anything else as a way of silencing debate. We should talk about it on the merits, and that last question you asked is exactly what many Republicans also want to be debating in the open.

Speaker 4:

I agree. Merits facts, that's what we need to be doing and that the videos.

Speaker 8:

I think I'll be good for the viewers thank you so much.

Speaker 4:

I appreciate it.

Speaker 9:

Anderson back to you thanks very much yes, this is precisely what has been happening and it continues to happen, and I think trump has a way, a very big plan, a very big plan that he he's going to need the majority in the House and the Senate. Now this is not the only big news that's going on with the state of Florida. Ron DeSantis is trying to completely eliminate property taxes. So here's the problem with property taxes. Property taxes completely destroy middle-class families. You never own your home. You could be a middle-class family. You can work in your home for 30 years, pay it off, and there are some states that just take it away. You miss one tax payment, you're gone, your whole family.

Speaker 9:

It's like for a middle-class family in America. Their home is like their family fortune. If you pay off your house you bought it for $20,000, now it's worth a half a million that's everything you have and you miss your tax payment and the government can take your home away. So John Stossel did a small thing on this a long time ago about property taxes. Property taxes is just extortion from the government. The government always owns your home as long as you have property taxes to pay. The government has a mortgage on your home and if you don't pay, they take your home. As long as you have property taxes to pay, the government has a mortgage on your home, and if you don't pay, they take your house.

Speaker 1:

Did you know that some talents in America are basically stealing people's homes?

Speaker 5:

One missed property tax payment and the government can take your home, sell it and keep all of the profits.

Speaker 9:

That's the other thing too. They can keep all of the profits. So if your property taxes are $3,000 and you don't pay it, they take your house, they auction it, they sell it for $300,000. The government keeps $300,000. They don't collect your tax bill and then give you $297,000 in change. They keep all of it. Explain how that's okay.

Speaker 1:

You heard that right People lose their homes over one missed tax payment. It's hard to believe this happens in America, but it does. I reported on the practice a couple years ago. At the end of this video I'll cover what's new, but first let's recap. I'm just still in shock. Tawanda Hall was behind on her property taxes. She was on a payment plan but she'd missed $900. She didn't expect to lose her entire $300,000 home. They took my whole house.

Speaker 9:

Hey Larry, I see your comment that says former President Donald Trump. I'm confused. I don't know what you're referring to. My whole family. Try to elaborate. Was it a clip or something I showed earlier? I try to get to everybody's comments.

Speaker 1:

These livelihoods and they didn't give you change. They kept it all, $286,000 more than what she owed. The county's lawyer says this practice may sound unfair, but it's also unfair to force those who pay their taxes to subsidize those who don't.

Speaker 2:

I pay taxes. She's a nurse assistant. I'm on a brain trauma unit. I lift people, I bathe people. I work hard.

Speaker 1:

When she found out she was going to lose her home, she wanted to pay off the debt.

Speaker 2:

I went to the mayor's office. I went down to the city county building. They didn't want our money. They said no.

Speaker 1:

They wanted your house. They wanted the house, your $300,000 house, rather than your tax payment.

Speaker 2:

They stole our home, from us and from our family, and it was a shock to all of us. Why?

Speaker 19:

isn't this illegal? I think it is illegal. I think it's unconstitutional.

Speaker 9:

Christina Martin, it's 100% unconstitutional. The government cannot steal your house.

Speaker 1:

The Pacific Legal Foundation.

Speaker 19:

The government can't take more than it's owed. This is unjust and it is unconstitutional.

Speaker 1:

Martin won a similar case when a county took an entire home over.

Speaker 10:

Get this an $8 debt.

Speaker 15:

The government argued there couldn't be anything more fair than informing property owners of what is going to happen, giving them time to act and then letting them make an informed choice.

Speaker 19:

Do you think if he knew? $8 he owed $8, he would Giving them time to act and then letting them make an informed choice. Do you think if he knew Eight dollars, if he knew?

Speaker 1:

he owed eight dollars, he would have paid it. Of course he didn't know and there wasn't a proper incentive to let him know.

Speaker 19:

So the government has an incentive to notify them and legalese so they can't understand it.

Speaker 2:

Yes, and then they also have an incentive not to work with people when they are honestly trying to pay, like Tawanda Hall.

Speaker 1:

We did not receive anything other than get out. A judge dismissed Tawanda's case because the government itself in her case did not make a profit. The town gave her home to this private company. It got the money.

Speaker 9:

Who owns the private company? The mayor's cousin or the mayor's wife? You think they just gave it away to a private company. Get out of here. They're protecting themselves.

Speaker 19:

The government shouldn't be able to steal from its own people and then to give it over to their friends is just how do you know that they're their friends? The company is literally run by the mayor and the city administrator.

Speaker 1:

Southfield Mayor Ken Seibert acknowledges the company made $10 million selling foreclosed houses.

Speaker 9:

Thieves man. They should 100% all be in federal prison for that. For the rest of their lives. For the rest of their lives. They should be in federal prison Now. Governor DeSantis has been talking about this for a while. This is a video of him back in March talking about possibly getting rid of income taxes in the state of Florida.

Speaker 15:

Well, I want to congratulate Bay County for being the first Florida county to voluntarily request an audit under Doge of their county finances. We've seen property tax assessments go up across Florida. At the local level, taxpayers are pinched. They're paying more than they ever have. Even though we have homestead exemption, it hasn't been enough to fully protect taxpayers.

Speaker 9:

So here's what's happening in Florida and this is happening across the country ever have, even though we have homestead exemption, hasn't been enough to fully protect taxpayers. So here's what's happening in Florida and this is happening across the country Citizens that own homes. They buy their house for $150,000. I know a lot of you. I have a massive following in New York City. Appreciate all of you In the South. It's different. Yeah, you could buy a house for $150,000 in Florida. Now, as we talked about earlier, the market is growing right Because everybody's coming to Florida. So about 2020, you could buy a house in Florida for $150,000. That same house now sells for $300,000. So what the government is doing is they're increasing your property taxes because your home is worth more. So when you bought the house, you paid property taxes on $150,000. Now they're doubling it and then, if you're not paying it, they're taking your home.

Speaker 15:

Shouldn't you know how this money is being spent, especially in those counties that have seen dramatic increases in their state budgets? Now we are working with the Florida legislature to get more prescriptive authority to be able to go in and conduct audits of these local governments so that taxpayers get the full picture of what's going on.

Speaker 9:

But until that, day Andrea houses tax dollars are children's futures and they're sitting back thinking what difference does it make?

Speaker 15:

Yeah, it happens. Counties that are willing to step up and ask for these audits are really leading by example, and you know you can have all your ducks in a row. There's always things that you can do better, and so I think Bay County stepping up, doing what they did, really sets a strong example for other counties throughout the state of Florida. Now we are going to be working on providing relief from the property tax situation. It's very important given how that's pinched.

Speaker 15:

So many homeowners, particularly our senior citizens, who have their homes paid off and they bought it 30 years ago for a certain amount. Now they're being told it's worth so much more and they have to pony up more and more money. It's almost like they have to pay rent to the government just to be able to enjoy their property, and that's wrong and we need to do something about it. We're also going to continue to work with these cities and counties voluntarily over the ensuing weeks and months, but we really hope to be able to deliver some serious, serious audits, working with the Florida legislature, of what's going on in these local governments. I thank Bay County for what they did and I know there's going to be other counties that are going to step up to the plate.

Speaker 9:

So here's what these counties are doing and here's what ron desantis is asking them to do. He wants doge to come in and have them analyze their wasteful spending and see if they can cut expenses, if they can cut expenses to the point where they don't need to collect property taxes anymore. The government nails you, man. I mean, we fought an American revolution over a tax on tea, over the Stamp Act, which was a tax on every piece of paper, and now we live in a society where you're not only taxed on everything, you're taxed again. You're taxed on the money you get, and then on the money you spend and on things that you buy, and then, at the end of the year, you have to know how much you owe, or whether or not you're even, if not, federal prison, what? Or we're taking your home, what so? That was Ron DeSantis back in March, and here's him recently.

Speaker 15:

They're citizens to higher taxes, such as higher property taxes, to pay for these spending habits, and you know these property taxes. It's like you buy a home, you buy land. Maybe you buy the home outright, but maybe you pay off a mortgage over 30 years and then, okay, you've paid off the mortgage, you bought the land. You've been taxed many times. It's like is it your property or not? Just for being on your property, you got to write a check to the government every year, so you're basically paying rent to the government to live on your own property and our homestead exemption is not strong enough to help these folks because the property gets assessed so high. And that's the thing. If you buy a home for $300,000 and you know there's certain tax, well then, what? 10 years later they say it's worth $700,000. And so there's homestead stuff that helps protect you to a certain extent, but you're paying more and a lot of people can't afford that. So I think that that's a big issue and I know we're going to be really looking at ways to bring people relief from that, because I think it's been really something that's pinching a lot of homeowners, particularly seniors on fixed income.

Speaker 15:

But the reality is is people have seen and this is not the state. We don't control this. We've not allowed any of that stuff to happen. We've been cutting taxes, but people have seen their property tax liability go up over these last years because the property is being assessed higher and higher, and the reality is is you don't really know how much your home is worth until someone offers you money and is willing to pull the trigger on a sale. That's how a market works. You can say it's worth this much, but if no one's willing to come and offer you that much, then why should you pay taxes on that amount? And so there's a lot of things that need to be done with that.

Speaker 9:

Taxation is theft. If you don't pay your taxes, the government comes after you with a gun. If you don't want to go with them and you want to fight back, they'll kill you. Taxation is theft. You have to pay it or, essentially, die. I mean, our founding fathers were very much against this. The United States of America was founded on the principle of limited taxation or no taxation. Without representation, yeah, I get it, we're represented Kind of. But are we Considering how they draw the census maps? That's about as effective as a soup sandwich. That's about as effective as a soup sandwich.

Speaker 9:

I hope that we can go ahead and get property taxes eliminated nationwide. At the federal level. The government should say a state doesn't have the right to tax somebody on their property. That's ludicrous. That's absolutely insane. When I was stationed at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina, they have property taxes on their vehicles. I thought that was the craziest thing in the world to me. I had to pay taxes based on how much my vehicle costs every year. Then why would I buy a nice vehicle? That's stupid. Just, I'll pay a registration, even registration, all right. Well, we're getting way too deep. We're going to have to save that for another show. But thank you very much for tuning in.
