The Ryan Samuels Show
A Revolutionary Take on Gun Control and Media
What if we're witnessing a revolution in political integrity and media narratives? Our latest episode of the Ryan Samuel Show challenges the conventional wisdom around gun control debates and high-profile legal cases. We kick off with the electrifying beats of Rick Monroe and the Hitmen's "The World's Gone Crazy," a potential new anthem for our show that we want your opinion on. From there, we navigate the turbulent waters of recent events, including a detailed analysis of the shooting incident in Madison, Wisconsin, and a critical look at the charges against Alvin Bragg, with unfiltered insights from our guest, Luigi Mangione. We also spotlight Rick Monroe's "12 Days of Giving" initiative, offering support to organizations like Habitat for Humanity in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
The tension rises as we confront the controversial murder of Brian Thompson, allegedly with a 3D-printed gun, questioning the political inconsistencies that shape public discourse. Our conversation scrutinizes the role of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and his controversial prosecution choices that some argue are politically motivated. We then shift focus to another violent incident, a school shooting involving suspect Natalie Rump, exploring the cultural and political tensions that accompany such tragedies. Throughout the episode, we stress the critical need for truth and understanding, urging listeners to look beyond simplistic narratives and consider the broader implications of these events. Join us for this thought-provoking journey, because sometimes the truth is stranger—and more complex—than fiction.

I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I. Have you heard the latest story? The same words on the news. It turns you upside down and anywhere it's way to loose. It's all crime scenes for machines, everyone's on different teams. Everything's the same routine. Is it just a crazy dream Taking us to the devil's door?
Speaker 1:Can you tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me what it's all for? Ooh, this world's gone crazy. Watch it going up in flames. Ooh, this world's gone crazy. All this talk, talk, talk, talk's driving me insane. Don't believe nothing that you hear and only half of what you see. Cause, life don't come with a money back guarantee. Yeah, you can't escape the masquerade, but every day's a brand new phase Grace is living like a snake and bittersweet's the only taste. Listen to the devil's do-si-do. Can you tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me what it's all for? Ooh, this world's gone crazy. Watch it growing up in flames. I'm out. No, not at all. We're all refugees of the swamp.
Speaker 1:Can you tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me what it's all for? Ooh, this world's gone crazy. Watch it going up in flames. Ooh, this world's gone crazy. All this talk, talk, talk, talk's driving me insane. It's all crazy, these little machines giving this world a different tune. The kids escape the masquerade when every day's a brand new thing, every year's the same. With G's it's just a crazy dream. The grace is heavy. It's nothing but a sweet, sweet old day. Take it off. This world's gone crazy. The world's gone crazy Through the devil's door.
Speaker 2:Hello Patriots, little mic mess up there, but we're back. Right now we're working. Listen, that was the music of Rick Monroe and the hit men. We were on Facebook. Him and I had kind of been commenting on each other's stuff, sharing, sharing each other's stuff True blue, red blooded American, rick Monroe and the hit man. The world's gone crazy. He sent this video to me and said I think this would be an awesome theme song for your show. I said you know what, rick? I think it will be. Let's hear it from you. The fans comment down below. If you like that as a new theme song, send a message on the podcast.
Speaker 2:Welcome to the Ryan Samuel show. We have a good show today. We're going to follow up a little bit on the shooting in Madison, wisconsin, that we covered yesterday, and we're also going to cover a little bit of the charges the indictment that's been passed down on Alvin Bragg with Luigi Mangione. We will listen to that. Like I said, I have not listened to that yet. I tend to not listen to these videos. I want to go ahead and get a real reaction from myself.
Speaker 2:But check out Rick Monroe's page on Facebook. This is it right here, right now, what they're doing. I think this is super awesome. They're doing the 12 days of giving, where they have a charity. It looks like they have a charity every day. Um, for christmas this week they're doing uh the well. Today they're doing the habitat for humanity. Uh, for rutherford, canada area, and uh, that's in, uh, murphy's borough, tennessee. Forgive me, I'm not from that area. I probably butchered that. But check it out, man. They have some really awesome songs, some good country rock. Um, check that out. But as we go, and as always, before we begin, hit that like share and subscribe button, drop a comment down below. Don't forget to go to buymeacoffeecom. Speaker 2:We're constantly looking for the truth. As we said on the show yesterday, we don't make things up. We're not hyperbolic for clicks or clickbait or any of that. We don't do any of that crap. We want to get you the truth.
Speaker 2:Now, as we all know, luigi Mangione is the person who murdered the CEO of UnitedHealthcare, brian Thompson, in New York City as he was just walking to greet investors. Now the left, ironically, has praised this person as a hero. He used a gun, not just any gun, a 3D-printed gun, which they hate. When this incident happened, there was no screaming, no crying, no yelling for gun control. But now that we have this school shooting at this Christian school, now all of a sudden they want to scream for gun control, but not when a maniac who has their same ideology goes ahead and uses a firearm to murder somebody.
Speaker 2:Now it just shows you how political the left can be. If you're going to be political, at least be politically consistent. If you don't like guns, don't like them in every, in any situation. Not just the ones that um come out to you, just not the ones that you can relate to that you like. So here's alvin bragg. What a human pile of garbage this person is. He's a complete waste of space. He should completely be removed from his office. I cannot wait for the new Department of Justice to come in and they start looking into him and investigating him for just the atrocities that he has done in New York City. Let's listen to him. Read this indictment they file filing charges against Luigi Mangione.
Speaker 3:We are here to announce that Luigi Mangione, the defendant, is charged with one count of murder in the first degree and two counts of murder in the second degree, including one count of murder in the second degree as an act of terrorism, for the brazen, targeted and premeditated shooting of Brian Thompson who, as you know, was the CEO of UnitedHealthcare. This case was made possible by the collaborative efforts of the phenomenal public servants you see before you today and so many others who are not here. I'm honored to lead the Manhattan District Attorney's Office and privileged to serve alongside Assistant District Attorneys Joel Seidman, kristen Bailey and Zachary Kaplan who were.
Speaker 2:Everything this guy does is for political purposes and political reasons. He doesn't give a shite. Sorry, we have some advertiser complaints on the podcast, so I got to clean it up a little bit. I apologize, it's not who I am. I do like to curse, but we're going to go ahead and clean that up. He's just human garbage. He's human waste, and every charge he does is for political reasons. Now he's sitting here thanking the police department. He hates the police department. He hates cops. He releases murderers day after day after day, and when it comes to his selective prosecution, again, be politically consistent. If you believe that, no, there should be no bail, then have no bail. If you believe there should be bail, then have bail, but keep it consistent.
Speaker 3:Working from the outset hand in hand with the greatest police department in the world.
Speaker 2:You hate cops.
Speaker 3:Chief of our trial division, lisa Del Piso, and the deputy chief, chris Prevost, provided sage oversight and direction, and I want to acknowledge our high technology analyst analysis unit. There was a lot to be processed here, steve moran in particular who heads that, and marco poppock. We are privileged here at the da's office to work every day with the phenomenal public servants at the nypd. It has been a distinct pleasure to work besides Commissioner Tish, an exemplary partner, and Chief of Detectives Joseph Kinney Almost every day we're in touch and his leadership is second to none and then Deputy Commissioner Rebecca Weiner.
Speaker 2:He's so happy he's on camera. I mean, what are you even talking about? You're thanking everybody.
Speaker 3:You're there to recharge is just charge the guy who, as I tell her, um, there are a lot of challenging things happening in the world and I sleep better, uh, at night, knowing that she is the deputy commissioner in charge of terrorism. Uh, the detectives on this uh out doing the courageous frontline work um, detective oscar dia, detective Curcio, exemplary, exemplary, the finest. It wasn't just those of us here in New York. I want to acknowledge the great work of our partners in Altoona the Altoona Police Department, the Blair County District Attorney's Office, the governors of New York and Pennsylvania, the FBI and, of course, the brave members of the public who answered the call when our great commissioner put out the call for their assistance.
Speaker 3:This was a frightening, well-planned, targeted murder that was intended to cause shock and attention and intimidation. It incurred in one of the most bustling parts of our city, threatening the safety of local residents and tourists alike, commuters and business people just starting out on their day. Let me say a bit more about the charges. They include one count of murder in the first degree as a killing and furtherance of terrorism. Two counts of murder in the second degree. One charge of the killing was done as an act of terrorism and the second pertained to the fact that the killing was intentional.
Speaker 2:You see how they layer it and you know listen, we're going to find out the more details about Luigi Mangione. You are presumed innocent until you are proven guilty, and that is very important to remember. His lawyer said the same thing and I will tell you the same thing the government will screw people. We've seen the government screw people over. So you have to take things with a grain of salt and you have to really look at things objectively. When the police file charges and it's a big profile case, um, you know, in the past I I have done that. I did that, uh, famously with the casey anthony trial. I said, hey, hold on, I don't think they have the evidence to even charge her with a crime. Um, but they did anyway, because not that it was politically motivated, but it was a very high profile case and she wound up walking free because of the lack of evidence. So you have to and I'm sure a lot of you think she's guilty as hell and that's fine. You're entitled to believe that, but the government will, especially in cases like this. So this is something that you need to understand. This is a very high profile case, a very uh, I presume I haven't really looked, but I presume he's a billionaire or close to it very important, very powerful person is shot in the back by a person who's clearly there to kill him, intentionally murder him on the streets. It's all over the news, it it's everywhere, right? If they find somebody and they can shut everybody up like, hey, we got him, we got the guy. And it's not even the guy, they will continue to persecute that person, even if it's not the person.
Speaker 2:There have been millions of people who have been wrongly persecuted by the police, especially when DNA came out. Now, when we discovered DNA and started using it in crime scenes and they started testing DNA of all these people who were on death row and all these murder suspects, it found out it wasn't them. This has happened countless times in our history and there's a ton of very famous cases that come to mind, not particularly with DNA. But you know innocent people that spent a ton of time in jail that were eventually freed, like Reuben Carter, the famous boxer, the movie the Hurricane, denzel Washington that is still controversial to this day. But you cannot tell me that every single person in our judicial system that is in prison is guilty. Yeah, they've been ruled guilty and not everybody that's been set free is innocent.
Speaker 2:So you have to look at this from an objective lens and understand that a lot of times or sometimes, police make mistakes and you have to look at the evidence for yourself and take that in and look at that. We saw it with the Daniel Penny case or Kyle Rittenhouse. We saw a lot of wrong prosecutions of people for political reasons also Donald Trump. So I'm not saying that that is what's happening here and I'm not saying that Luigi Mangione is innocent, but I'm also not saying that he's guilty. It does not look good for him, but do you really? I'm going to ask you this question If you're sitting there and I'm sure some of you are saying, ryan, you're, you're out of your mind, this guy's absolutely guilty Do you trust Alvin Bragg, the same guy that went after Donald Trump, the same guy that went after Daniel Penny, the same guy that takes in murderers and turns them loose on the street after they push people in the subway?
Speaker 2:Do you trust him? And the answer should be absolutely not. You shouldn't trust any government, especially government prosecutor, because I will tell you, the one thing about prosecutors is the same thing with defense attorneys they are, they're supposed to seek the truth. They're not seeking the truth. They're trying to make you guilty, even if they think you're not. They're still going to try to put you in jail because that is their job. And the more people they put in jail, the more people they prosecute, the better they look to their superiors and the easier it is for them to move up their superiors and the easier it is for them to move up.
Speaker 3:The maximum penalty possible for murder in the first degree and murder in the second degree as an act of terrorism is life without parole. The maximum penalty for murder in the second degree is 25 years to life.
Speaker 2:But that's what I'm saying. They label it. He killed one person and he's got three. He's got three murder charges, one in the first degree, two in the second degree. It's all the same crime. They're just making sure they get them and it's harder for them to get off. It's not intended to be that way, or judicial system's not intended to be that way. It's intended. You kill this person. We're charging you with murder, like that's it. You may also charge him with, I don't know, uh, having a concealed weapon in New York City where that's illegal. Like you can, you can layer on things like that, but one crime should be one charge, not three separate ones for one action. That's absurd, because if you don't get them on one, you're going to get them on the other two, and that's the. That's the point of it and that's what they do. It's kind of cheating in a way.
Speaker 3:There are additional counts as well, uh a number of criminal possession of weapon charges right yeah, two counts in the second degree, four counts in the third degree, four counts in the fourth degree, uh, and a count of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree so what is, is it?
Speaker 2:What did he say? Like four or five, six counts for holding a weapon? He held a weapon one time. He held a weapon one time, not six times. But you're charging him with six separate crimes for the one individual crime. This stuff drives me nuts. It drove me nuts when I was a police officer too. I hated that. I hated when officers did that or when DAs took it over and then they went ahead and did that anyway. No one crime is one charge.
Speaker 3:Let me tell you a bit about the facts. On November 24th, we alleged that the defendant arrived in New York City to murder Brian Thompson. After the defendant arrived in New York City on a bus at Port Authority, he checked into the hostel on the Upper West Side using the name Mark Rosario.
Speaker 2:We know all of this. We went over this at length, but they finally indicted him and that is where we are at in that case. But the left is praising him. I can't do two things at once. I can't type and talk. I do apologize, but the um the thing is is, you know, democrats, when the school shooting and abundant life happens, they're immediately screaming for gun control. It's the guns. It's the guns. It's the guns, it's not the guns.
Speaker 2:This is a much more complex situation than an instrument or a tool. Okay, if you want to kill somebody, you're going to kill them. Timothy McVeigh took fertilizer and put it in a 55-gallon drum with some diesel fuel and lit a fuse and killed hundreds of people. He didn't fire one round 9-11, they crashed planes into the building. He didn't fire one round. You know 9-11, they crashed planes into the building. They didn't go in there. You know, outlawing guns didn't stop that from happening, or outlawing hijacking planes didn't stop that from happening. This is a low IQ argument. It is insanity. But the Biden administration has come out and demanded more gun control because of the school shooting, but not when Luigi Mandione killed the CEO.
Speaker 2:Nobody said anything. Everybody was happy, everybody's happy, praising him on Twitter Making a checklist of who's next. We're going to get this guy next and we're going to get this other guy next. And can we try harder? Go for Elon Musk. That's what people are saying. That's not me, right. I don't condone political violence, but there you know, at a certain certain point, there is a time for that, and that is outlined in our Declaration of Independence, which is the first American law ever passed which justifies the Revolutionary War.
Speaker 2:So, natalie Rump now. So last night we talked about this and we looked at who the suspects possibly could be. There was a big cloud I told everybody. You know, listen, don't, don't get sucked into the crap. There's going to be a lot of clickbait and a lot of junk out there. Now we know who it is.
Speaker 2:This has come out. The police department has said it. Her name is natalie uh rup. Now, now there's a picture of her wearing the same shirt as the columbine shooter, eric harris. It's the exact same shirt. This is what. This is what people are saying. You can see it on um.
Speaker 2:Apparently she had a, an obsession with school shooters. Um, she kind of felt, um, some sort of connection with the columbine kids or other school shooters. And this is. This is kind of what happens now. Now, of course, like I said yesterday, there still, even now, is no report of Natalie Rumnau, who went by Samantha is a trans person. There's nothing saying that as of now, at least not officially. There's a million things on Twitter that are saying that, okay, there is a mental health crisis in our country and, as we talked about it yesterday, that I completely lost my train of thought. I don't think that's ever happened on this show, but there's nothing saying that she is a tranny. Actually, the reports that are coming out is that she was extremely conservative. Now Christian school, where Natalie Samantha Rupp now went, is staunchly conservative, doesn't believe in evolution. That's from the New York Post. Conservative, doesn't believe in evolution that's from the New York Post. Well, if it did believe in evolution, it would not be a Christian school. So, but they're. They're.
Speaker 2:The screens for gun control are out there now because of this. That that's the. That's the situation. So what? What's the difference? What's the difference in the left calling out gun control for the school shooting and not the murder of a ceo? I'll let you guys answer it. Answer that question and put it down in the comments.
Speaker 2:Here's somebody saying these leftists radicalize natalie rup now to shoot a school and then turn around and blame the gun. Okay, that's just some random person on Twitter. I have no idea who the heck they are. It barely has any hits. I think that's a ridiculous argument. She was in the Christian school. She was a student at the Christian school and it's not like she sought out a Christian school to do it. She did it where she was um. Natalie rup now 15 year old.
Speaker 2:So I'm interested to see more as this story comes out and we're gonna cover it. We're gonna. We're gonna watch this one closely and see, this is wisconsin. Is is more liberal than conservative. I could tell you that much, um, I do have. I know a lot of people in Wisconsin. Like I've said before, I've worked for Harley-Davidson for many years. I have been there many, many, many times to the corporate headquarters and the museum and all of that stuff. So but you know, right now there is no, there's not really too much to update on that Abundant Life.
Speaker 2:Shooter Natalie Ruff. Now manifesto. Is this the actual manifesto? I don't think that it is. It has one comment no likes. I don't think you cracked anything here. I don't think you cracked anything here. Wisconsin school shooter Natalie Lynn. Samantha Rubnett, identified as transgender Madison school shooter, id, is trans student.
Speaker 2:According to Axiom, this is apparently her in the bathroom taking photos. Police are still going through all of her photos. It's going to take time. They have a lot of information that they're not releasing. They're not going to release it. Um, and we're, we're, we're gonna see, but this I do not anticipate that. Uh, luigi mangione is going to do a plea deal, I think so.
Speaker 2:Here's the thing, and I've said this ted kaczynski. I have read all of his writings. I don't know if you know who he is. He's the unabomber. Okay, he's the guy who blew up a bunch of college professors because he was, uh, talking about technology and how it's going to rule the world. One thing I will say is, if you read his stuff, it makes a lot of sense. Okay, a lot of it's true. What he's saying a lot of it's true, what he's saying a lot of it's true. Is that justification to go murder people? Absolutely freaking, not, absolutely not Right.
Speaker 2:The First Amendment comes first, because speaking freely, speaking word of your right to speak freely, freedom of the press, things like this petition the government for redress of grievances. That's what it's for. That's why the Second Amendment is second, because it's the second, most important, not the first thing you go to. You don't go straight to your guns. You go to try to change. You go to vote, you speak, you get the word out. You talk about what the government is doing and how bad it's doing it, or what society is doing and what we need to do to change it. You don't just go out and murder people. That is like an extreme last resort and Thomas Jefferson even specifically says it in the Declaration of Independence. He says governments long established should not be changed for a light or transient causes, meaning that a revolution or the overthrow of a government is extremely serious and you shouldn't do it just because you didn't get your way, or you shouldn't do it for any reason whatsoever or because a couple of laws passed that you don't like. That's not what you should be doing.
Speaker 2:But he has talked about Ted Kaczynski, luigi Mangione he's very similar to Ted kaczynski. Luigi mangione he's very similar to ted kaczynski. It looks like he went missing for a while, as did ted kaczynski. Ted kaczynski went and lived in a mountain in the woods and decided to do all this killing. From there. It appears that luigi mangione went to the um, to the streets, disappeared so far that his mother had to do a missing persons report. Okay, his family didn't know where he was. He stopped communicating with everybody, he went underground and essentially went homeless, went missing, had a bunch of cash on him and I think my personal feeling is that he is going to um, was going to kill the ceo, hide out for a really long time until the case went cold and then he was going to go out and do it again where he messed up as he walked into a mcdonald's when his face was all over the place and he had everything on him the manifesto, the, the gun.
Speaker 2:Some people say that's suspicious. I don't think it is Okay. These types of killers from their profiles what they want to be noticed and they crave the attention and the credit. That's what they want. And so if you ever look at, like the Ted Bundy case, or the Green River killer, or even you know, ed Kemper, like all of these guys are out. You know, especially Ted Bundy, how to represent himself, couldn't have an attorney, had to be out in front of the cameras and and what love? The attention, love the fact that people thought he was intelligent and you know that. That's that's that, that, that type of personality? Yeah, so do.
Speaker 2:I think he wanted to get caught. I do, but I don't think he wanted to get caught right away. I think he wanted to take Ted Kaczynski approach. I think he wanted to use I don't think he was going to get, thought that he was ever going to get that. He was going to get caught, so why not wear it? People walk around all the time. Yeah, we had a couple of shots of his picture, but not a lot, not all of them, not everything. So we will continue to follow this and we will see where it goes.
