Trump's Potential Role in Ukraine Crisis & ICC's Controversial Moves
Could the keys to peace in the Russia-Ukraine conflict rest in the hands of President-elect Donald Trump? We tackle this provocative question head-on, examining the recent developments in this geopolitical hotspot. Russia's launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile with conventional warheads marks a chilling escalation, signaling a shift that demands urgent international attention. Amidst these tensions, we ponder the conditions Russia has set, particularly regarding Ukraine's NATO membership, and explore the potential for peace talks under Trump's leadership. Our conversation delves into the complexities of the entire situation, highlighting how these challenges have escalated since Joe Biden took office.
Turning our gaze to another arena of international controversy, we scrutinize the actions of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and its arrest warrants against Israeli leaders like Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Is the ICC overstepping its bounds by targeting democratic nations, while inadvertently empowering groups like Hamas? These controversial legal moves spark a broader debate about the role of international legal bodies and their implications for global governance. We also look at the buzz surrounding Kash Patel's potential appointment as head of the FBI, exploring what it could mean for the Trump administration and U.S. politics. Join us for these critical discussions that lay bare the complexities of today's world stage.

Speaker 1:Hello Patriots. Big news today We've been covering the Russia situation adamantly. Russia has launched a nuclear missile into Ukraine. Now that sounds hyperbolic. It kind of is, but it also kind of isn't. They launched an intercontinental ballistic missile which is used for nuclear warfare, but they removed the nuclear warheads and replaced them with conventional warheads. This is a serious posturing by Russia. It wasn't bad enough that they went ahead and they changed their nuclear treaty to say listen, if the United States nuclear power is going to supply missiles and assist our enemy with launching those missiles at us, we are going to consider that a nuclear threat that they had to flex even harder to send an ICBM actually into Ukraine. We have footage of the bombing. Hold on.

Speaker 1:We need funding to keep this show going, to keep you in the loop with the actual news that isn't thwarted and twisted by the media. Here's the footage you can see. Oh, it's just a nice day Boom One, two, three, four, five, six. So those are the warheads we were talking about yesterday, where the ICBM goes up into the atmosphere and then comes down and drops separate warheads on its targets. So I mean this is a serious, serious situation that nobody is really talking about. They are just, um, I mean, they're talking about. It is, it is kind of everywhere, but it's a serious situation that we do not, we cannot, take lightly.
Speaker 1:There is apparently allegedly a statement from Vladimir Putin that says Russian president is open to discussing a ceasefire with Ukraine if negotiations are led by US President-elect Donald Trump, are led by US President-elect Donald Trump. Putin has ruled out any significant territorial concessions and demands that Ukraine abandon its NATO membership ambitions. That's all that needs to happen for this war to stop is for the United States and NATO to say we do not wish for Ukraine to be in NATO. We are also not going to allow you to attack NATO and this whole situation is just absolutely resolved. I mean, that's all that needs to happen.
Speaker 1:But, for whatever reason, the Biden administration is acting as if they already are NATO and they're going to protect them, no matter what. It is a absolutely just insane position to take Now. We don't know where this is going to end. Hopefully, donald Trump is able to put an end to this immediately. This should be over pretty quick into this immediately. This should be over pretty quick. The fact that Putin is coming out and saying, hey, listen, we want to talk about a ceasefire, that's what we want to talk about and we are going to only basically is what he's saying. He's only going to talk to Donald Trump.
Speaker 1:We kind of expected that, but the international world is a train wreck. It's been a train wreck since Joe Biden took office and it continues to be a train wreck. In other news, the International Criminal Court has released an arrest warrant against Benjamin Netanyahu and his former um prime minister, uh of defense. Now, the, the international criminal court is a joke. It's always been a joke. Um, nobody is going to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu. Uh, they can try. If they do.
Speaker 1:Israel is going to go to war with whoever touches him. The United States is going to go to Israel's a nuclear power. This, this, these types of tensions are just completely out of control. Had the Biden administration permitted Israel just to wipe out Hamas in Gaza, it would have been over in a couple of days, probably a week. But they've been dragging it out, slowing it down, still giving money to Iran, not really taking any position with Iran, and it's just been. It's been completely mismanaged and completely misled, and now this entire situation has gotten to the point where you're going to start a major regional conflict. If anybody tries to put their hands on Benjamin Netanyahu, let's listen to this report.
Speaker 4:The ICC has issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant, accusing them of war crimes and crimes against humanity during Israel's recent war against Hamas. The charges Starvation as a method of warfare and attacks on civilians. The ICC's accusations fall apart when you actually look at the facts. Here's why Israel protects civilians, even in war. During the conflict, israel went to extraordinary lengths to Israel does the most to protect against collateral damage in war.
Speaker 1:There's not a nation in history who has done anything to protect against collateral collateral damage or innocent lives being taken as israel has. Israel will even warn a building before they bomb it, so that people can get out of it. They will send a bomb that isn't a bomb, it's just really loud that says, hey, we're going to bomb this building. It will come over the building, it will make a very loud noise and then people know and that they are aware that, hey, another bomb is coming, get out of the building. That's how far they will go, um, they will risk enemies of war escaping the building so that they can protect, um, innocent lives.
Speaker 1:In gaza, the hamas and the palestinians are notorious for lying about the numbers of innocent people dead, accusing it of being genocide. They also use uh, children, women, innocent people as human shields. They have their military headquarters under a hospital. They constantly violate international law and they bank on the fact that the world is going to jump behind them, that Israel is some insane criminal state. It is not. That has been incredibly disproven. We've talked about it on the show. We've gone over videos of Hamas where they're holding dolls pretending that they're actual people and screaming and yelling and crying, and it's just disgusting. These people need to be dealt with swiftly and accordingly by Israel. I fully support the support of the United States to go in there and assist too, and I mean troops on the ground. That's how important this territory is for the United States and how important Israel is for the United States. But this is just a political popcorn fart that is not going to go anywhere, minimize harm to civilians.
Speaker 4:The IDF warned Gazans to evacuate, sent text messages, dropped leaflets and even delayed strikes when civilians were at risk. Who else does that? Hamas is the real criminal. International law explicitly states that using civilians as shields is a war crime. That's Hamas's entire strategy. Israel strikes targeted military infrastructure, tunnels, rocket lunches and command centers. Hamas, on the other hand, aimed for homes, schools and kindergartens. And let's talk about this starvation lie.
Speaker 1:And they still have hostages. Hamas still has Israeli hostages, they still have women and children, americans that they're holding hostage and not releasing, and the International Criminal Court is going to issue an arrest warrant against Benjamin Netanyahu.
Speaker 4:Press warrant against Benjamin Netanyahu. The claim that Israel is using starvation as a method of warfare is as false as it's slanderous. Let's get the facts straight.
Speaker 1:Israel has facilitated the entry of hundreds of trucks carrying food, water and medical supplies and even fuel into Gaza every day, even during active combat, which they really shouldn't be doing. I mean, let's be honest, if Israel wants to win this war, don't give them food, don't give them water, don't give them gasoline, don't give them anything. Go in there, wipe them out, take the innocent people and and just completely. Gaza needs to go away and it needs to be Israeli territory. Move it out of here, be done with it. They can have the West Bank, as far as I'm concerned, until they act up and then get rid of that too and get rid of all of them. Just move them out, arrest them, put them in jail. These are terrorists. These are very evil people. This is the work of Satan himself is who Hamas is.
Speaker 4:This is the work of Satan himself is who Hamas is the ICC. Charging Israel with war crimes is like charging a firefighter for using too much water while ignoring the guy who started the fire. It's absurd, it's insulting and it's dangerous. And this is why this whole thing matters, because this isn't just about Israel. If the ICC can criminalize a country for defending its people, what's next? Every democracy in the world is now a target.
Speaker 1:Well, every democracy in the world is a target for the International Criminal Court anyway. It doesn't really matter. You know, it's just completely ludicrous, it's a joke. Hopefully we can get this world back in order starting january 20th. Hopefully we have a very good four years to where, um, the conservatives can maintain control of the presidency, congress and the senate. These midterm elections are going to be incredibly important, um for the world. Frankly, this is a lady on Twitter. Let's hear what she had to say. Again, I don't watch these videos. Sometimes I do, just to screen them and make sure that it's nothing horrible, but most of the time I read the description and then we watch it together so you can get an actual reaction.
Speaker 3:Dear citizens of the world, the ICC just made sure that you will not be able ever to fight your enemies.
Speaker 3:They took arrest warrants against Prime Minister Netanyahu and against Galant, former defense minister. They are accusing them of starving the Palestinians as an act of war. It doesn't matter that the UN said that there is no famine in Gaza. Tons of humanitarian aid is being transferred. They are accusing them of crimes against humanity, while we are warning them and sending them evacuation messages, like almost all the time, oh, except for the time that we know that the innocent Palestinians are holding our hostages and we need to rescue them, sending them maps and SMSs calling them to evacuate and go to a safe place, while the ratio of terrorist Palestinians killed is the lowest in history and stand on one to one. More than 40,000 Palestinians were killed, while useful half of them are terrorists. I hope you know that the sources of those war crimes are Hamas and their BFF. Human rights organizations Know that the Red Cross are fighting to visit the Nuhba terrorists in our jail. They still haven't checked about our hostages.
Speaker 1:They still have the hostages. I mean, that's that, that's it's, it's insane. And they have these little headlines and everyone's like, oh my god, oh my god, since, uh, there's an arrest warrant. Benjamin metanyahu must have exactly did something wrong. Well, yeah, it's just lawfare. It's the same thing they did with Trump. It's the same thing they did with half of the January Sixers. It's the same thing that they've done throughout history to Socrates, alexander Solzhenitsyn, I mean, the list goes on and on and on. Alcumatis, you know, just because somebody is charged and convicted with a court really doesn't mean that they did anything, especially if it's a, if it's a politically motivated. This is clearly political, politically motivated. If it weren't, uh, the, the international criminal court, would be charging all these leaders in africa for the genocide and starvations and iran for their support of terrorist groups. It's, it's a joke.
Speaker 3:The ICC has drawn a comparison between terrorists in Gaza, hamas and Netanyahu, the prime minister of the only democracy in the Middle East, while he fights terrorists that use their own civilians as human shields, while Hamas and the Palestinians are holding 101 Israelis in captivity. We understand that we are fighting not only the obvious enemy, which are terrorists, but also Western institutions that are supposed to be with a bit moral judgment, that are supposed to be all about justice, that no evil from good, I see, just gave the biggest prize to Hamas and to every terror organization all over the world.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I mean, yeah, it's kind of a victory. I mean not really, I don't put too much stake in the international criminal court. There's also diplomatic immunity. Where are they going to arrest them? If Benjamin Netanyahu visits the United States, he's not going to get arrested in the United States. He's got diplomatic immunity. You can't arrest a diplomat, basically, for anything that they do, and that's a treaty, so that these world leaders will come visit your country, sit down, have a conversation, otherwise you're never going to get to the table with them and they're just going to be under arrest and go to jail. I don't see this going anywhere. If they do, we are in major trouble.
Speaker 3:Exactly what Hamas wanted them to do when they broke into Israel on October 7th.
Speaker 3:ICC did exactly what Hamas wanted them to do, because this is the reason Hamas is sacrificing their own people and using them as a human shield they want to make sure it will be impossible to fight them without killing their civilians. Do you think the ICC protects human lives? They just made sure that more Palestinians will be killed by their terror organization. Yeah, it's crazy. You do not only sacrifice the Israelis' lives, but also the palestinians, since you rewarded their oppressors. For what?
Speaker 3:they are doing this is how the west support terrorists. This is how the west pretends to care about human lives, but in the end they just put more lives at risk. You should thank the icc. They just made sure no western democracy will be able to fight terrorists that's a little little dramatic.
Speaker 1:They're going to fight terrorists anyway. You know we're going to fight terrorists. We don't really care. It's I mean, and Joe Biden is just, you know, I don't understand His brain. He's got brain worms, he's got brain worms and he's not really going anywhere with this world. Here is another video that appears to be I mean, we'll see, it appears to be in support of the ICC. Let's listen.
Speaker 5:So the thing is, the International Criminal Court should have acted much earlier. There is a case that started over a decade ago before the ICC and the prosecutor finally opened an investigation over three years ago. It only recently started to look deeply into the matter and finally he requested the International Criminal Court five arrest warrants for three people, the Hamas leaders, who had been already killed by Israel. We should have seen these people before the International Criminal Court. No, I mean, this is what justice is about, and instead they were killed. Two people remain. There should be more. There should be more on the dock, in my view, and it's taking ages. This is because the political pressure on international justice system is of the extreme there should be no international justice system.
Speaker 1:There should be no united nations like these. These groups should not have power over, over other countries. Countries are sovereign. They can essentially do what they want, you know. Know, there should be alliances, I agree with, but I don't think that there should be an international criminal court that has been infiltrated and taken over by extremists who are of one mindset. It's dangerous, it's not, you know. And if, imagine that, if the United Nation does turn into a government for the world, then what Then? What Then? Where do you go? There's only planet Earth. There's nowhere else to go. You can't escape the rules and the laws. Will it eventually go that way? I mean, who knows, you know, and not in our lifetime, but you know, 100 years, 200 years from now, I could see it go into a one world order. I mean, without a doubt. Without a doubt, the infrastructure is already in place. There's an international criminal court, there's the United Nations and then there's, you know, the leadership board. So I definitely could see that happening.
Speaker 5:And we see pressure on the prosecutor, pressure on the judges. So Israel is trying to obstruct it by moving exceptions against the independence of the judges and the. The us is making pressure through open threats that lady doesn't sound too credible.
Speaker 1:I'm not really stoked about that one. Yeah, so obviously this is just a joke and we're going to follow it closely. We're going to see what is happening. Now Kash Patel is trending on Twitter to be the head of the FBI. Now Kash Patel is the former Defense Department chief of staff. They're seriously discussing a few options as head of the FBI. To be head of the FBI is a major position for the Trump administration Um to instill. The FBI is the root cause of a lot of the problems in the United States when it comes to the lawfare and we're seeing this trending on Twitter. It is number one. They did talk about it on. This is Kash Patel, as on a podcast, so you can understand who he is and kind of what his position is.
Speaker 6:It ties into the earlier conversation and comment on it. The biggest problem I have right now is a two tier system of justice, and that's the biggest argument we need to advance, not the QAnon, shanon whatever that guy's name is or certain videos depicting x, y and z, but use it as a vehicle to say look at how differently you can be treated by the justice system, united states of america, depending on your political orientation. Go back to the antifa riots of not last summer, but summer before that. Two uh, liberal attorneys white shoe lawyers, federal attorneys, white shoe lawyers firebombed a new york city police car and burned it to the ground with molotov cocktails. And the judge literally a good guy, good guy, federal. So they were charged, obviously rightfully so, as a federal prosecutor, a federal public defender who defended people who did that stuff. That's a 10-year minimum mandatory federal prison sentence. You know what this doj did waived the charges, allowed the judge to go under the midman and gave him basically probation. That's a two-tier system of justice.
Speaker 1:Mark my word it's going to happen with this so ian just a moment ago so that he's given that example. Um, that it is a two-tier justice system for democrats and republicans, they should be, you know, held to the same standard, not the highest. But I don't know if he's being considered. I haven't heard anything through my connections with the Trump campaign, but I do know it's trending on Twitter and that typically will have some influence on the Trump campaign, considering Elon Musk is deeply involved. The Trump campaign, considering Elon Musk is deeply involved. Donald Trump Jr is deeply involved. So if they're seeing this, they're definitely open to the idea of Kash Patel. It's definitely being considered.
Speaker 6:To decrease what I call government creep with personnel. The FBI's footprint has gotten so freaking big and the biggest problem the FBI has had has come out of its Intel shops. I'd break that component out of it. I'd shut down the FBI Hoover building on day one and reopening the next day as a museum of the deep state, and I'd take the 7,000 employees that work in that building and send them across America to chase down criminals. Go be cops, you're cops, go be cops. Go chase down murderers and rapists and drug. To chase down criminals Go be cops, you're cops. Go be cops. Go chase down murderers and rapists and drug dealers and violent offenders. What do you need? 7,000 people there for Same thing with DOJ.
Speaker 6:What are all these people doing here? Looking for their next government promotion? Looking for their next fancy government title? Looking for their parachute? Out of government. So while you're bringing in the right people, you also have to shrink government so out of government. So while you're bringing in the right people, you also have to shrink government. So a massive government reform yeah, and you got to work with Congress to eliminate the billets. This is one of the things we did when I was deputy DNI. We got to DNI and I was like, okay, what do all these people do? We've got the CIA, so why do I have analysts doing the CIA's job here? Why do I have a floor of them? Like, give me a good answer. I don't know everything, I don't know a lot, but if you can give me an answer that satisfies their existence, I'm all in. Well, we just have our own people, okay.
Speaker 1:Well, now we don't tip and that's exactly what the trump administration is looking for. Uh, they're looking for somebody who, just frankly, wants to gut the government, and I'm so good with that. I am so on board with that. Um for um, we need the right people, and the problem that we had last time is we did not have the right people in place. Um, when Donald Trump was elected in 2016, donald Trump was focused on the presidency. He had never done it before. He did not have the connections to get all these appointees. You have to appoint 10,000 people, but this time they're doing it exactly the right way.
Speaker 1:We did get news that the Matt Gaetz report, the ethics report, is looking like it is not going to be released. I kind of want it to be released. We had gone over that before. There's obviously there's arguments on both sides for it not to be released. I'm of the notion that it should be released, but you know, we'll see how that plays out. There's still a lot of time left before the proceedings in the Senate begin, but they are now starting to leak a lot of information, and I told you that that was going to happen when it came to Pete Hegseth or Matt Cates, that the FBI was going to leak information. The DOJ is leaking information. The DOJ does not want Matt Gaetz in charge, because Matt Gaetz is going to fire almost half of them, and I don't blame him for doing that.
Speaker 1:For the people who have acted outside of their element, as who've basically betrayed their oath, and I think that that is a a good thing I think we need massive government reform. I think the majority of the government is corrupt. I I think that it is way too big. I think that the government has grown well beyond its intents for not only the founding fathers but subsequent generations. It just keeps growing. You know there's 450 federal agencies. Elon musk and the department of government efficiency are talking about getting that down to 99, which I think is a is a great idea, and that it should be. Um, it should be that way, sorry, uh, we do not need 450 government agencies. We we don't. We don't need an fbi that's bigger than the United States Marine Corps. We need to dramatically just cut this government.
Speaker 1:You could reduce the government by 70% and it would still run efficiently if you only kept 30% of the government around. There's so much waste that we would be, in a way, better financial position. We could stop printing money. We can pay our debts, get our economy going the right way, produce our own energy, produce our own oil, invest in our people and become number one in the world again as it pertains to education or job growth. I mean because we're not. We're not number one in education. We should be. We're the biggest economy in the world. We've produced more technology. I mean we've produced Apple computers, ibm software, microsoft. We've changed the world with our innovation and we're only 24 in education. We're only 24th in education and you know we pay more taxes than than you could.
Speaker 1:I mean, imagine if you just they got rid of the income tax. I mean, the income tax is just ludicrous. That was fdr. Fdr was a is a far left extreme socialist who was power hungry and that's why he he did not step down after two terms. Um, he proceeded to run or and run and run, and run and run until he died in office and before he was even cold. Uh, they decided to pass an amendment that you can only have two terms, because that's just how extreme and radical he was.
Speaker 1:With the new deal, he drastically grew the government. Right, there's been a couple of people in history that drastically grew the federal government, but it's something that hopefully we can get as much done as we can. This is going to be an extreme mountain to climb. This is not going to be easy in the slightest bit. You have a lot of people who are deeply entrenched within the government, who have a tremendous amount of power, who will not and cannot allow the serious decline of their power or their jobs or their agency to go away. But hopefully we will get rid of the government waste and continue in a better direction so we can get this economy back on track, we can get the world back under control and not have the international criminal court trying to arrest world leaders because they're fighting a war when nothing was, no laws were broken.
